MOVIE FLASHES OUTSIDE WINDSHIELD, only downside to lack of lighting being inability to see company well / he feels robbed. migrated to backseat coming back from picking up concessions, a must with fez as he’s found out. gentle hand in the darkness, placed atop knee, shoulder to shoulder, as close as he dares so early in the film. teenagers will do what teenagers do further in, and then, only then will any attempt be made at being closer. HICK TOWN, gossip mongers – he would know, he’s one of them. seems to drone on & on, but mitch thinks losing himself the company and the gore of film playing saved him from jumping the gun. it’s fez who seems aware, fez who breaks comfortable silence. laugh tumbles from lips, low & knowing; it’s the middle of summer, he’s too hot even in the nighttime heat. nice attempt, means to an end he’s all too happy with.
