This image is based off a sketch of the Owlman that was done by 12 year old eyewitness June Melling on April 17th, 1976.

June’s sister, 9 year old Vicky, was also there as a witness to the event. Their sighting was the first one of this creature; it was spotted in Cornwall, England, while they were on vacation with their family. The two girls saw the creature as it was hovering in the air around the Mawnan church steeple.
