people will hear you talk about struggling with mental illness and say “you can do anything if you just put your mind to it”. brother what part of the body does the mental illness happen in. what do you think is the problem
ever since it closed in san diego i have been overcome with a BURNING desire to draw the cast so. i hope they are recognizable enough ! once again wishing much love to the cast and crew on the rest of the run!!!!
you came back wrong and i am racked with guilt because i cannot bear to see you like this and i should have let you rest. i loved you so much that i defied death itself but i do not think either of us are happy
Don’t look at things you know will make you angry. Don’t read the comment sections. Don’t look at the blogs of people who add dumb comments to posts to confirm that they’re dumb all the time. Don’t read old conversations you had with people you don’t talk to anymore. Go look at pictures of kittens or something instead. Protect yourself from negativity in every way you can.
entry #1 of marble hornets is the first appearance of the slenderman on video and already such a masterful implementation of its character. its incredible how right out of the gate marble hornets sets the tone not only for itself but the entire video-based subsect of the mythos. those frantic camera movements inside alex's dimly lit home immediately establishes an atmosphere of paranoia, the second the camera points out the window youre already expecting something terrible to happen, and then you see it. and it stands there like a man, but its abundantly clear its something imitating the physiology of a man, and not actually a human being at all. its a genius work of horror in and of itself, and a brilliant start to what proves to be a startlingly consistent series. all that in under a minute, too. the video that started something that would go onto change the landscape of internet horror and countless peoples lives forever, its really so beautiful in its simplicity but monumental in its impact.
