I doubled my work out routine and I feel like it’s done a lot more than usual so I thought I’d share it with you guys:
Thighs
30 squats
30 second wall sit
30 leg lifts (each leg)
200 pillow squeezes
30 squats
30 second wall sit
Arms
20 arm swings
40 arm circles (each arm)
20 wall push ups
4 kneeling push ups
10 chair dips
30 second plank
20 wall push ups
10 elbow in wall push ups
10 chair dips
40 bicep curls (with or without weights)
20 arm swings
Abs/Stomach & Waist
30 second hollow hold
40 scissor kicks
40 tuck ups
25 hollow rocks
20 leg lowers

90 Russian twists

Ending up back at your starting weight aka soul destroying shit
This shit right here is the most soul destroying shit ever.
Do not let any moment of lost focus and control ruin where you want to get to.
Short storytime- I ate well and didnt binge for 2 weeks and I managed to get to my lowest weight yet of 107lbs!!... just to throw that all away by binging all weekend. I thought maybe I would end up being like 115 or 118 at most but next time I stepped on the scales I was 125lbs. I was literally crushed, so much hardwork ruined by 2 days of lost focus. I am still now at 125lbs and trying to get back into restricting and fasting from before but it seems so much harder after eating shit for even just a couple of days.
So now let me tell all you soon to be skinny bitches, this high calorie shit you think you need is not worth the euphoric feeling of losing all those pounds of fat swallowing your dainty beautiful body you deserve suffocating underneath.
Why are you stopping yourself from literally being perfect? You are the only one in control of this, so when you feel like having just a little bit of candy, just a few scoops of ice cream just fucking dont.
Fucking don't.
You've got this bitch, do not let yourself down.

Mom just gave me a thing to help with fasting without knowing it!
All you need is to eat a soon of oatmeal (like, the dry thing, not milk or smth) when you're hungry and then drink like one or two glasses of water, it inflates in your stomach and make it feel full!
Apparently it's a russian thing and it's pretty popular in Russia???

life update
i was talking to this kid and then we stopped which i’m kind of glad about because he wasn’t good for me. i was constantly insecure when i was around him but any hooo
i went to a fair yesterday and this other cute boy was flirting with me and we’re going to hangout over spring break and probably go to a party whoop whoop
then i’m hooking up w this kid tomorrow (ik so much hoeing around)
but i’ve been purging so much lately but i’ve also been doing pretty well. i haven’t been eating as much, yesterday all i had was oatmeal, like two chicken tenders and maybe like 15-20 friends and half of a pepsi bc they didn’t have any water
everyone’s been telling me i’ve been looking very slim lately i have 3 reactions:
1.) omg thank u heheh
2.) theyre just saying that bc i’m fat and want me to feel better about myself
*even when i was chubby people called me skinny like lol ok i was 170
3.) i need to be thinner
i planned out what i ideally want to eat tomorrow and i’m super pumped :) it’s like 770 calories which is cool i really need to go hard bc summers just around the corner
