I feel genderless. I was born female but presenting as female seems like putting on a performance. Like it's not really me. I'm not male or female. I'm just me. If that makes sense. Sometimes I feel like presenting as male, other times as female, but mostly as neither.

You are allowed to mourn parts of your identity as you discover who you are. You are allowed to miss a label that was comfortable but might no longer be true. You’ve learned something from identifying that way, and that changes people. Whatever you are feeling about old labels and identities is completely valid.
