To wherever you may be,

I’m not sure how to begin. I’m not quite sure what to say at all, however, for you, I’ll make an attempt. This is hardly the place for the things that need discussed; our lives, our futures, that sort of nonsense, though your absence does somewhat complicate matters. Not knowing what or where you’ve stumbled into is taxing in ways that are difficult to express. I don’t doubt your capabilities – few can match you, in tenacity or talent – but, in spite of it all, I find I cannot contain my concerns.

Much like the wealth of knowledge now under my care, I know I cannot keep you all to myself. Such valuable treasures are not mine to hoard. Nonetheless, whilst I’m sure you’ve found something terribly more exciting to do than enjoy the comforts of the tower with me - no doubt someone somewhere needs saving - if you wouldn’t mind, if it doesn’t sound too repulsive an idea, come home, would you?
