streets are saying that Misha stood on a convention stage today and said "If the CW hadn’t been so homophobic, Dean and Cas would’ve been balls deep for sure.”
now I know Misha’s said many noteworthy and occasionally unhinged things on stages in his time and he phrased this in the most chaotic manner possible
but I'm just here to say that I think what's noteworthy here is him explicitly calling The CW — the network itself — the homophobic obstacle to destiel
it IS a Big Deal because overall the censorship really just isn’t talked about, as we all know
What is it about the air in Europe what makes Misha Collins act like that edition. Yes those are quotes of his.

"As written, the ray-shield scene was longer than what ended up in the movie, and I was sorry to learn that one bit of humor was cut. Originally, the trio discuss how they might escape, and Palpatine has a suggestion: surrender and work out a negotiation. He gives his whole pitch to the Jedi and, once he's finished his speech, Anakin and Obi-Wan turn and look at each other as if nothing had been said." we were ROBBED i tell you. robbed. i want the significant eye contact and ignoring darth sidious to his face.
I am more of a reader now than I used to be. Books are new worlds to be explored, learned about and understood. I buy, and am gratefully given, books at a rate faster than I can read them. There is still much I don’t know, and want to know, and reading can be a way into the minds of others. I didn’t really have an angsty go-to novel as a teenager, but I read Tolstoy’s Anna Karenina when I was twenty-one and was (am still) blown away. I find Levin’s journey extremely moving. It will never get old.
