I have tags based off of what source thing are from: Freelance Police (for the cartoon, and a tag for episode), Hit the Road, and Telltale (and season)
(AKA Temporal Headquarters of Enlightened Mariachis)
I blocked the word ‘them’ on tumblr. I had no idea why I blocked it, but I knew it was some kind of ship or person and I wanted to know who they were. I was excited to find out who 'they’ were, but when I clicked to see some posts about 'them’, I woke up.
Sam and Max fanposting is so funny to me because the source material is so chaotic, meaning people will post the most cute screenshots like "aw, look, he's so adorable when Sam is tying this bow on him <3"
but then completely omit the context of the immediate next things that happen
So I asked my mom to get the Uncute Max plush, she says okay, I go to the website, no link to buy it, only a place to put an email for when they restock.
I assume maybe it just goes really fast (I knew it would go fast, but I thought a couple days at least, maybe I just don't know that much about this)
I then go on Tumblr and find a post about scalpers buying up the plush and selling it for THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS!
People are buying the plush and selling it for 300 dollars so that normal people can't get it!
I can’t stop thinking about how often Sam calls Max cute and adorable. Knowing they’re both like mid 30s and he’s just like “my very cute soft friend with fluffy ears and paws. Ain’t he adorable” like bro that’s not straight
Steve Purcell if you ever have that game remastered please hear our requests
I had a dream in which I played hit the road and everything was the same aside from the fact that Sam would kiss Max on the forehead when you interacted with him and let me tell you, it improved perfection
I wanna read Another Way but I'm still working on my own AU (I have reasons for why there haven't really been updates) and they're both AU versions of The Devil's Playhouse and I'm afraid of accidentally copying it.
All the other questions the narrator asks are answered, so why would the one about Sam finding true love be different?
sam’s character arc in s3 is thinking about the possibility of dating with max, ignoring it and ultimately realizing he can’t live without him and wants to be with him forever. this is true
