This is my origami paper crane bullet journal theme for February 2021 ✧ In general, origami cranes symbolize good fortune, success, and purity. In Japanese tradition, folding 1′000 paper cranes means that one wish you make will come true, which is related to novel Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes. I added the light pink/purple color because it was related to Valentine’s Day and I think it added a nice touch! Happy February!

My January 2021 bullet journal 🌙 This theme is very simple, but I love the contrast of the white and black and the star and moon design. (Plus, the cover of my bullet journal this year is a crescent moon, so the theme matches!) I hope that this year is a fresh start (new moon) for all and that everyone has a great January!

December 2020 cover ✨ For this month, the theme is a gift-giving one. I used a brown paper bag to resemble a kraft paper wrapped gift and drew a gift tag and ribbon bow around the present, along with leaves and berries. This theme is somewhat denominational regarding the colors, so replacing the leaves and berries with flowers or more elaborate wrapping could help remove this aspect. One of my favorite parts of the holidays is wrapping and giving gifts, and this theme was representative of that.

I know this is late to post this week’s spread, but I’m really happy with the way it turned out! I made a dutch-door style spread, and it has an interactive element on the right side with the weekly event flaps. These are intended to resemble the vents in the game, which the impostor uses to escape the crime scene. Enjoy and have a great week!

This month, I decided to make my theme centered around Among Us, which is the game that has recently been extremely popular. It’s very fun to play with friends, and the graphics of the game are great. This month for my cover page, I featured different characters in the game in the various colors, with the hats you customize them with (AMONG a few dead bodies and ghosts).

This week’s spread is definitely centered around The Marauders Map from Harry Potter, since the 👣 are a huge symbol. I tried to make the gold more sparse than last week’s but still accent the spread nicely. Have a nice week!
