You can sit in discomfort.
You can let it be.
It will come. It will go.
It doesn’t always need to be a battle to make it go away.
Sometimes the battle makes it worse. Exacerbates it. You against it. You try and you try and you try and it wins. Failure. Or so you think.
It’s not failure. We are all meant to feel. The good and the bad.
Breathe.

“I want to run into the foothills and scream into the canyons. I want my voice to echo and crack the ground beneath my feet.”
