Tease Tidbit Tuesday

In which Tommy and Eddie get competitive while dancing at Chimney's Bachelor Party

Tommy slides in, arms out wide. Eddie laughs and takes the offered hand as the lyrics start over the speakers. Tommy effortlessly twirls him around his back into a spin. Okay, man’s got some moves of his own. Eddie can feel the other man’s control pushing and pulling him into form. Twirl into twirl. Spin, slide and pull. The man’s a menace. He’s gonna have to up his game. He’s not about to be outshone by Tommy Kinard.  Tommy spins Eddie out to the side and pulls him back into a lean against his strong, unyielding body. Eddie barely has time to register before he’s launched again, a satellite orbiting Tommy's capable form. He knows what comes from this spin. He’s been on Tommy’s end of this dance enough times with Shannon. Still though, Tommy’s leading. You trust your lead. The dip is low and tight. Eddie is securely caught up in the arm of the other man. They balance, hip to hip, their bodies firmly locked together. Tommy’s almost as low as he is, bearing the load of both of them on one bent knee. The older man stares down at him, eyes glinting in the club’s lights. But what is that gaze? Eddie’s not sure. He is sure of one thing though. He’s starting to understand why women like this particular move.   Verse one - Kinard. Not that it’s a competition. Eddie prances away from the connection, unfastening his jacket and tossing the offending fabric into Buck’s lap. As he turns back, Tommy’s there, hand outstretched, an entertained smirk on his lips. And with a gleam in his eye and a playful slap on Eddie’s ass, they’re into verse two.
