他若故剑情深*，便把他折了 他若故土难离，便把他毁了 - Prince Jin  

*故剑情深 is an idiom that means to still love your former wife deeply & that she’s unforgettable. Its literal translation is - to have deep feelings for your old sword**.

Because of the word “sword” in the idiom, some viewers may assume it refers to the Zishu’s Baiyi sword (therefore the choice of the word “break” instead of kill.)

BUT! We can see here that although A-Xu was willing to return to Jin, Duan Pengju still had the Four Seasons Manor burned. So based on inference (and shipping skillz), Prince Jin was really saying is: 

“If Zishu is unwilling to leave his home, destroy it. If he’s is unwilling to leave his lover, then kill her his lover. So he will have no choice but to come back to me.”

Although he doesn’t know about WKX’s existence, the person he wanted to kill is WKX. Which makes it all the more romantic when you think about the fact that ZZS surrenders himself in order to protect WKX… who couldn’t escape because he was trying to save someone ZZS cares about.
