Hello, all. I know it's late but I wanted to give a little update into what's been going on with me and why I've been absent. Please bare with me as this might be a bit of a long one.

Around the time of Halloween, I realized it had been quite sometime since I had seen a doctor and, as we all know from this community, that's not always a good thing. So I took it upon myself to get checked out just to make sure things were in working order. Making an appointment at the beginning of December, I continued business as usual.

My appointment came and proceeded to go through a set of tests and scans for one reason or another to make sure some concerns weren't more serious. Unfortunately, results were not what we hoped for and, at the doctors behest, I made the decision to put my gaining journey on hold for the foreseeable future.

I recently got some follow up tests and scans done and, so far, things seem to be turning a corner and getting better. However, I still do not have the green light from my doctor to return to business as normal.

I do not wish to stop. I still wish to become enormous. But until these health concerns are dealt with, I must continue to step back and keep sharing my spouse's achievements and spreading encouragement to all of you.
