Lucifer made sure Adam was still asleep when he got up the next morning. He was determined to make sure Lilith knew her place.

He made a small note to Adam telling him he would be back soon and to rest up. It didn't take long to find the bitch. She was up early as well, sipping tea in the lounge and she smiled at Lucifer when he came up to her.

"Hello, my dear." She purred. Once there was a time that would have made him weak in the knees for her when she would talk like that. Now, it just made him scoff.

"Listen well, Lilith. I'm only saying this once." This got his ex-wife's attention. "Stay away from my Queen. You will respect Adam. He is above you and will not tolerate blatant disrespect towards him."

"Really, Lucifer." Lilith scoffed. "I was just teasing. It's not my fault he can't handle it."

Lucifer growled making Lilith's eyes widen in surprise. "I'm serious Lilith. You are Charlie's mother. I respect that and you can be a part of her life. But that's all you have the right to. You're no longer Queen of Hell. You gave that up the minute you left me for eight years."

Lucifer's eyes turned red. "Messing with Hell's new Queen is committing treason. Don't overstep." And with that, Lucifer teleported away and back to Adam. The poor lamb was just waking up.

"Lucifer?" He slurred out and the King of Hell cooed. "Hello, my lamb. Want some breakfast?"

not gonna lie. I kind of want to make a Pride and Prejudice for Adamsapple. Lucifer as Mr Darcy and Adam as Elizabeth. Some roles would change. But I think there’s enough creatures to be doable.

Adam adopting hellhounds and making an entire family with them and making the hotel chaos is hilarious but he would always love cuddling with them which is adorable. I cam also imagine him defending them against anyone.
