For a community centered around a healthy coping mechanism, it’s quite disheartening how much gatekeeping is present. Everyone has their own reasons for regression and own methods of how they go about regressing. There is not one perfect way to be a regressor of any kind.

🧸 Reminder you are not required to have a caregiver (romantic or otherwise) to regress.

🧸 You do not have to be a certain height or weight to fit the regressor mold.

🧸 Anyone of any age or identity can regress.

🧸 You don’t have to be a fan of pastels and super cutesy things to regress, you’re free to enjoy whatever brings you comfort.

🧸 You do not have to regress to a certain age range or type of animal to enjoy certain things.

🧸 You are in charge of your regression and how you choose to cope or simply indulge yourself.

What matters most at the end of the day is that you can find comfort in regression no matter how you do it.
