A housemaid fooor sureeeee. I know this is the same image I used for housekeeper but they're not really the same (there isn't a separate image for housekeeper). A housemaid works under a housekeeper and does the cleaning as assigned. Her only company will be herself most of the day as she cleans 🥰 And just 2 be extra nice she may clean in the library.

He hoped to be a parlor maid but got turned into a waiting maid SAD!! (not really, he was born to be big brother) Even tho waiting maids are usually training to become a lady's maid, he might never become a lady's maid so long there are still young daughters within the household to care for. It is his true calling, me thinks.

Fortunately, and perhaps in mercy of me, there has yet to be a maid dress with immense amount of sparkles on it. He can settle for something obnoxiously cute, so he can still look great when he trips and falls.

Lady's maids are tasked to accompany the lady, keep her clean and make sure she's fed. To me, he's more likely to have one, but if he is one—and assuming he doesn't suck at it—he'd probably like the control. Born to be the evil royal advisor that whispers into the king's ear, made to be a maid that follows his lady around and also whisper into her ear.

did you know the russian girl uniform looks like maid dresses? They don't look like the one I showed you here, but I'd like to think he'd get nostalgic if I gave him something edwardian.

if by some miracle he is hired as a maid and assigned a role, it'd maybe be:

it's the year of not-yet-super-cool-electricity but the wealthy folks have some installed to keep the place lit up. If he's desperate enough he'd agree to work as a tweeny (between maid) at some rich household; they hop back and forth helping in the kitchen or around the house and keeps the place clean. It's like bare minimum work, with bare minimum pay. Idk if he'd grow sick of it or eventually be fired, das up to you to tell me LOL

Pushing aside that he is a child serial killer, I feel like he could be a nursemaid or even a nanny because he seems, like, really good with children and that's what their job is all about. Handling the children :] I think he would be fired within a day 🫶 But it's okay, he will look swag;

The whole authority thing he has going on and wanting to keep things looking perfect feels very housekeeper maid, head of all maids (if there's a lot employed). They keep the other maids in check with their chores. Though! Something about him kinda gives me the vibe he'd rather employ maids than be one LOL

Waiting maid (not to be confused with maid in waiting, which is the same as lady in waiting, which is not a maid) but like soon to be lady's maid. Lapdog u say? Yea, their whole job is to basically follow this one person forevs, keep them tidy, fed, companied. Difference is that waiting maid usually handles young daughter while lady's maid is a grown lady :3 And u said he's great with kids <3 ^_^

Admittedly this is one of my favorite maid outfits. I wish this was the one that blew up on tiktok and not the other one like this is significantly better Made for guys that wanna get silly with it !!!

I feel like he could be a fast learner and a dedicated worker if given the right opportunities, so he could be a maid of all work. They're like a typical maid from a normal-ish family (as normal as being able to afford a maid to begin with as can be), which means they're usually the only maid around to do everything. I think he'd work better in a small environment than a big one, even if it means he has to do it alone (or with 1 or 2 others) :3

His whole being a newbie but a hard worker makes me think of scullery maids. They're the maids in the kitchen and are pretty low in rank since all they do is scrub the wares and place clean. Sometimes they help with small prep work in cooking :]]

The moment you said sister I was like:

Yeah, waiting maid. (to not be confused with maid-in-waiting <- which is basically lady-in-waiting except they're unmarried) Their job is to simply take care of young daughters and sometimes they're training to become a lady's maid (whose whole job is to be a lady's personal servant). He's a guy that likes 2 care 4 someone, is what I'm catching. I could be wrong tho :3

weirdly enuf I can only seem to imagine him in the classic mini skirt victorian one. IDK!!! if there was a steampunk version out there that fit my vision I would've used that either. Alas!
