I got an ask from someone who felt timid about drawing curlier hair and wanted some advice! This is by NO means exhaustive and is mostly just my thought process for my own stylization. There are tons of resources for drawing more textured hair, so for this I just wanted to focus on curls. hope it helps!

-song that doesnt suit the character but you havent taken it out cuz its a banger

i think the concept taylor cooked up here is great but the wording is so direct it just feels like a middle school girl’s diary pages. especially for an album supposedly based on poetry (tortured poets department) this…. lacks poetry.

if i was taylor id rewrite it to be less literal like…empty bottles laid in precise arrays, til nobody came to clean them— instead of straight up saying “im an alcoholic” like make the reader guess a little

i looked at the lyrics of the new taylor swift song Fortnight out of curiously and im genuinely FLABBERGASTED because how is the writing so bad this is so un-entertaining its sick
