Low-Cal version of the viral TikTok salmon bowl:

Clearly I need to work on my food photography skills 😅

85g frozen riced cauliflower (H‑E‑B, 20 cal)

1 pouch salmon or tuna (Starkist, 70 cal)

1 tbsp light Mayo (hellmans, 35 cal)

Sriracha

Soy sauce

Furikake (0.25 tbsp, 6 cal)

Seaweed snacks (gimme, 25 cal)

Measure out 85g riced cauliflower and heat it up (I use the microwave for ~1.5 mins)

Add the salmon/tuna, 1 tbsp light mayo, sriracha (to taste, but stay below 1 tbsp to keep it at 0 cal), soy sauce (just a small splash), and furikake and mix. (You can add the furikake to the top after mixing but I prefer to stir it in).

Eat it with the seaweed snacks! It’s pretty filling and tasty! The light mayo is a FIND

Totals (salmon): 156 cals; protein: 16g, fat: 7g, carbs: 6g

Totals (tuna): 156 cals, protein: 20g, fat: 6g, carbs: 6g

I included the brand names I use since that’s where my calorie counts came from. I’ve noticed in particular that light mayo calories vary from brand to brand so make sure you’re checking your labels!
