🍀 SKZ VLOG: KIE’S DAY 1

💤 WELCOME TO KIE’S DAY!

[She smiles at the camera, waving.]

"Hii.. It’s Kie. I'm heading to a camping site about two hours away from our dorms. For a small vacation.”

[She chuckles, grabbing her backpack, some other bags and her keys.]

“It’s currently..—” [checks the time] “10:32 in the morning. I’m going to start driving. I already picked up groceries to take with me. I’ll see you guys there.”

💤 ON THE ROAD!

[The camera captures Kie driving down the highway, the world passing by in a blur of green and blue.]

"There's something so freeing about a long drive. It's just you, your thoughts, and the open road stretching out before you."

[She turns up the radio, tapping her fingers to the beat as she sings along softly.]

“I had to get away from the gremlins for a bit. It was mostly Lee Know’s idea to take a vacation anyway. I did think I deserved one too though, I have been working pretty hard lately.”

[car comes to a quick stop.]

“I’m at a rest stop. They have this cool bar I wanted to stop at so.. we’re going there now.”

[starts walking over while looking around.]

“I’ve only got about another 47 minutes to drive before we arrive so.. it won’t be too late. It’s currently 12:53. I think I’ve been driving for an hour and 53 minutes.”

[walks up to the entrance of the bar, greets the people at the bar top.]

“I ordered a… Mojito. It looked sort of good.”

[Takes a sip.]

“It’s not bad.. maybe next time I’ll get a whiskey sour.. or something.”

[she spots something.. what is it?]

[she seems to be really invested, blinking a couple of times.]

“Someone.. outside is doing Stray Kids Choreography. Whoa— how cool..!”

“It’s a group of 9.. just like us. That’s cool. Should I go outside and join them..? .. no.. I’ll leave them be.”

“Okay.. back on the road we go. Im going to play some music.. I’m really in the mood for some Plan B.. let’s play it.”

[driving while picking her music.]

“Mm. Got it.”

[music plays.]

💤 ARRIVAL AT CAMPSITE!

[Kie parks her car at the campsite, the quiet serenity of the wilderness surrounding her.]

"Ah, I’m here. The scenery is nice.. I’m going to get out and start unloading things. Hopefully I’ll have everything settled in so I can take a walk."

[She laughs, stretching her arms overhead before unloading her gear.]

“okay I’m done. I want to take a walk before I start making food for dinner. It’s pretty early but still, no better time for food.”

[starts walking out the tent, showing it off really quickly.]

“It looks like the one Lee Know went to. Doesn’t it? It’s really nice, too many bugs though. As long as there isn’t anything creepy, I’ll be fine.”

[starts walking away from the tent, camera shows the lake beside the camping grounds.]

“Look it’s a lake..! Looks pretty. I want to go kayaking with the boys soon, it seems really fun. I’ve never done it before though.”

[walking back to her tent.]

“it’s getting dark out, I’m heading back to the tent to start dinner. The sunset is really pretty.. i want to take a picture. Wait here..!”

[places her camera down, walking a little bit away from it. she waved, quickly pulling out her phone to take pictures of the pink and purple sky.]

[she runs back quickly, picking the camera back up.]

“STAY, maybe one day we can all come back here together. That would be really nice.”

💤 COOKING!

[camera shows kie pulling out some meat and rice and setting them on top of a cutting board. she quickly brings out a hot pot and laces it will oil. she starts a fire and sets the hot pot on there.]

“Im starting dinner now.. I’m in the mood for Bulgogi and Rice. My stomach is growling just thinking of it— pfft-“

[starts a timelapse of her cooking the meat and rice.]

“Yahh.. it looks really good. ojalá papá estuviera aquí para probar esto."

[finishes cooking and starts to plate everything. she brings everything to her bedside to eat.]

“Thank you for the food.”

[camera shows her sitting on her bed, reading a book.]

[she continues to sit in that same spot reading her book until she gets a call.]

"mm. hi jisung.”

“yoonahhhh, how long are you going to be gone?!”

“I’ll be back sunday night, i literally left the dorms at… like 10 am.”

[more shuffling can be heard, and han finally has his phone back.]

the song “TRUE” is about the importance of the true feelings she feels for her members. it expresses that she’ll always be there for her younger brothers, and to never forget how much she cares and loves them. in the lyrics “how did I love you even if I try to push it down did my heart recognize you” expresses that when she first met them she didn’t know how to accept them or be accepted in the group, but later on tells how much she really did care for them even when she first became a member. she tells them that even when they are away they may close their eyes and think of her, and can come to her with anything.

the boys were a bit surprised by the meaning and true depth of the song, not knowing it was meant for them. once the video was pulled up, they had known why she was always singing and practicing in her spare time. the second and third oldest sat on her side of her as all the boys watched, leaving a lingering hand on her shoulder to show how proud they were of her. all 8 boys were moved by her song, nearly bringing the youngest ones to tears. they appreciated the song and showed all support by talking of it for days with stay and in upcoming interviews.

han definitely gets his goal and achieves everything he needs to in certain amount of time and he’s always proud of it. kiyoon is a hard over achiever. even if she gets something done she feels she needs to keep going until it is perfect. during recording sessions, 3racha (most han) are the only ones allowed to listen to her because they know how hard she works and she won’t let anyone else listen to her. works herself to the brim until they got it breaks because she’s pushing herself.

sleepy duo part 2. now THESE 2 are actually the sleepy duo. they’re found in the most random spots just napping. it could be in the middle of a earth quake and han will just sleep it away, where as kiyoon will wake up as soon as the place she’s sleeping slightly shakes.

stays always think these two are always at each others throats. like as soon as they pull up for a skz code filming its immediately time to box. one look from jeongin and kiyoon’s already got him in a headlock. “HE WAS LOOKING AT ME FUNNY.”

kiyoon seriously doesn’t like most people till she gets to know them (besides stays she loves all stays equally) and jeongin being one of those people she goes shopping with knows this more than anyone. she’s a really judgy person so if she sees someone with a weird hairstyle she’ll frown and sigh in disgust. jeongin just keeps up with what she’s talking about. “*sigh*” “let me guess… it’s either the lady with the weird stiches on her head or the guy with mustard stains on his shirt.”

she has a solid relationship with her father, it’s always been like that since she was born. she was more of a daddy’s girl than anything, but she loved her parents equally. her dad always had work but always made time for her and her siblings before the mother passed away. she still continues to enjoy hanging out with just her dad because of the inside jokes they have and humorous things he says. they’re both the type to laugh at something random over the phone or when they see something in person. kiyoon has never had a fight with her father, their relationship has always been very stable. through her depression state of her mother passing, her father was there for her through everything. he was supportive of her dream to become an idol and has supported her throughout her entire journey. he has come to every concert and fan meeting. her dad tries to be funny by showing up as a “fan” at fan meetings and says hello to all the other members before he spooks her by surprising her. it’s always fun when the entire family gets together during parties or concerts because it’s always lively. kiyoon and her dad are an unstoppable daddy-daughter duo and nothing has ever changed that.

it’s ironic that ha-yoon is twins with nari but hates her guts, whereas when it comes to kiyoon he’s always chill. even though he was raised by both is parents before the incident, he would always stick to his older sister’s side. when he was a baby, kiyoon got to hold him in her arms. kiyoon and ha-yoon are 6 years apart, but it always seems like they’re the actual twins. they get along well and as normal siblings do they’ve had a couple of arguments here and there growing up, but their relationship has always been stable and they’ve never gone out of contact ever since kiyoon became an idol.

aisan is the youngest of all the siblings, him and kiyoon are 9 years apart. she’s never actually had a sibling fight with him, he’s always been a very good kid growing up and got to experience fun every day. it was lively growing up with aisan when he was only a toddler because he was one of those kids who had so much energy. you would tell him no to something and he would go do something again and you would have to tell him no yet again.. and so on. you’ve only had to get onto him once or twice but really he’s always been well behaved. growing up now he’s in his last year of highschool. he’s grown up to be such a great kid and you express that to him everyday.

nari and kiyoon are definitely attached at the hip. when kiyoon isn’t busy doing her normal work things, and it’s always a fun time. nari is practically a mini version of kiyoon, she’s just way more nice and playful. nari’s got the nickname “lily pad” because her name means lily, so her older sister thought it was a great idea to give her that nickname. car rides are always the best when it’s just the two of them, they both blast music in the car. nari was the one to suggest that kiyoon get 15 inch bass speakers in her car. nari will take the aux in the car just to blast spanish music such as anuel aa, daddy yankee, or nicki jam. never a dull moment between them, especially when they’re the life of the party. their bond has always been strong and it only grew stronger as the years went by.

YEOSIN

kiyoon has had her cat since 2021, loves her cat very much. yeosin is a white and black maine coon cat that is always grumpy. yeosin lives with kiyoon’s family as of right now, but they live fairly close so she can visit her cat anytime. kiyoon was the one that adopted yeosin and they’ve been together ever since. yeosin is very fond of his family and even though he’s always grumpy he’s never done anything wrong. he has the best life with his mom and other family members and is very playful and cuddly.
