What do I think about life and how do I compare it to our English course
A great German philosopher and professor named Friedrich Nietzsche once said that two kinds of people, those who want to know and those who believe. In this day and age, people want to find the meaning of life and figure out what is why life is much larger. Throughout the course, we have characters wanting to figure out the simple yet paradoxical question “what is life”. In many of the books that we have read, character’s ideologies clash with the situation that they are in like whether the protagonist finding the meaning of love or finding meaning for a death of a loved one.  life is a paradox and the driving factor of the complexity of life is us.
Death is a common and inevitable thing. It is natural for us to die and return to a natural state of existence: ashes. A young and stubby poet in Argentina named Pablo Neruda has created a poem about death. He wrote that when we all die and we will return to a dark tunnel. He compares death to a ship. “There are cemeteries that are lonely, graves full of bones that do not make a sound, the heart moving through a tunnel, in it darkness, darkness, darkness, like a shipwreck we die going into ourselves, as though we were drowning inside our hearts, as though we lived falling out of the skin into the soul”. According to Greek mythology, a boatman named Charon carries the tormented soul to a river to Hade’s underground kingdom. Neruda created a classical allusion to compare about the death to a never-ending river of suffering. I am just like Neruda when it comes to the concept of death. I see death as nothing but darkness and returning to a sea of hopelessness. The body will return to an ugly and disgusting corpse. The reflection of the human imperfection and the fact of the cold and dark reflection of our former selves.  However, many people simply believe that death is a spiritual awakening of the psyche. In the Daytripper, Bras de Oliva Domingos questions the concept of death and time in a positive light. As an obituary writer, He needs to write death to comfort people’s losses. Throughout the comic, we have learned about Bras’s life and his views on death have changed. In the first strip, Bras and Jorge were discussing the fact about death. Bras tells Jorge that he is sick and tired of writing about death and wants to writes about life. Jorge said to Bras “Ahh, but you know all too well that Death is a part of life and so is family ”. Jorge describes the biggest fear of dying. It is simply to be forgotten in this peril life with no family and friends to mourn and weep over your rotten corpse. As the comic progress, Bras have matured in a spiritual way and sees life in a new and enlightening way. At the end of Daytrippers #8, Bras have discovered a form of acceptance and happiness and wishes to seek death. I envy Bras’s life because he had found everything he had dreamed of like finding a job, a wife, a child and a meaning to life. He sought to die because he had everything he pleased. I am still in high school and seek more meaning. In a world of destruction and suffering, Bras and Neruda try to find the meaning of an inevitable but natural force that can’t be seen called Death. People will always die in the hands of the grim reaper
Love is a complicated and strong emotion. the media and many kinds of art portray love as a sexual love, but in the truth is that there is a type of love. Throughout this course, we have learned a different type of this powerful emotion. We have read a poem named Valentine by a Scottish poet named Carol Ann Duffy. The poem about betrayal and treachery but is disguised into a love poem. In the last stanza, Duffy wrote “Take it. Its platinum loops shrink to a wedding-ring if you like. Lethal Its scent will cling to your fingers, cling to your knife.”  Duffy wants the meaning of the onion in ambiguity. One side,  The onion is a key product of cooking and is found in many cuisines but on the other side, an onion is a symbol of domestic violence and abuse. The last line can support the opinion of violence. This poem reflects on my view on love. I see love as platonic. Love that portrayed in media is false and that we love just for affection and imitate. In this world, divorces and infidelity have been increasing since the past decade, true love is a very rare and western culture have been aware of the marital problems in the family home. In Margaret Atwood’s The Handmaid Tale, the stone-faced protagonist named Offred wants the former day of America. In chapter 15, Offred had finished the ceremony( a state-sanctioned rape). She had returned to her room and spread butter to her body. She wrote “ as long as we do this, Butter our skin to keep it soft, we can believe that we will someday get out, that we will be touched again, in love or desire. We have ceremonies of our own, private ones” ( pg 94, Atwood, Margaret,1984, the Handmaid’s tale, New York, Penguin).  According to Offred, she wants love and love in her society are platonic, not sexual. I want to find love and strive to seek that love.
Throughout the course, we have learned that characters have different ideologies. Friedrich Nietzsche says the difference between people’s beliefs.  Death and love are the two major things that I have learned from my English course. What have I learned is that life is unfair and that you should enjoy the predicament and accept the absurdity. Death and love should be valued as a way to die.

THE MARRIAGE OF VENUS AND MARS
Mars and Venus was married with love and hate
 They were drawn by fate
Mars with his helm and his shiny armour
He like sacrificing  many soldiers and martyrs
The rows of corpses are then are driven into deep scrutiny
There are the bodies lay in strict impurity
Their bodies are like green and purple scars
feet made of cold and sticky clay,
crows and hyenas scavenge the tormented bodies of war in the  bay
Venus with a fan of the peacock feathers on her hands
She is wearing a red dress with green and blue bands She had sit in a golden throne with spire and dazzling lights Mars saws Venus and remind him of the diamonds in the night her brows had leaped out sharp with a frown
when she looked at the armour shiny like Queen Elizabeth’s crown she lies in the lush foliage of daffodils and daisy her attitude is seductive and love-crazy
 Mars and Venus made love
their love is deep like a cove
venus gave birth to cupid
and they also have created a clear crystal fluid
It was a sight to be seen

Valentine analysis by Nicky Joseph
1. Theme: what themes do you notice in the poem? Explain how the items contribute to your understanding of the poem
The theme of Love: Carol Ann Duffy had challenged us to see the traditional gift of valentine: red roses or a box of chocolate to an onion wrapped in brown paper. The first line of the second stanza of the Duffy uses the onion as an object of trust and faith because onion is essential for many countries' cuisine. I give you an onion. It is a moon wrapped in brown paper. It promises light. Like the careful undressing of love.
The theme of Treachery: Duffy uses the knife as a tool to cut the onion. The knife represents the act of adultery, or the poem is about a man stabbing his wife with a knife. Duffy also uses the word lethal in the first line of the stanza to compare the knife as a toxic marriage and that marriage is damaging. Duffy tells us that this lover had experienced the pain of the relationship: Lethal. Its scent will cling to your fingers, stick to your knife.
2.  Do you agree or disagree with the poem?  Explain your thinking
I agree with the poem that true love is not judged by the object and that love is not as simple but a complex mess. What I love about Duffy’s works is not interested in creating a love poem but instead challenges and deepens the meaning of feminism and relationships. The poem uses a common everyday item: an onion infuse symbolism and deeper meaning as an onion is a common symbol of the kitchen and cooking. I also like how mixing metaphor and simile into tough reality.  Also, the poem is beautifully written as she writes like a playwright but also becomes a romantic verse mix into the poem.
3.  Jot down and respond to a favourite line or favourite image.  What specifically do you like about the poem? Be specific, pay attention to beautiful words, phrases and language.
I think the first stanza is pretty unique, Not a red rose or a satin heart. I give you an onion. It is a moon wrapped in brown paper. It promises light like the careful undressing of love because it peeps my interest in why she wants her husband or wife an onion.  The poem also gone from realistic to more figurative as she compares the onion as the moon (symbol of feminism ) and the symbol of undressing love is probably very sexual.  Also, the onion skins peeled away as she can compare the onion’s skin is compared to a person stripping his/her clothes out of love. It also really lead you to question: If the speaker Angry? Obsessed? Platonic?
4.  What is this poem saying?  What ideas is the poem conveying?
The poem Valentine by  Carol Ann Duffy trying to convey that love is complicated and messy. it doesn’t mean that you should give a red rose or something very expensive such as an iPhone, but instead have trust and acceptance. Carol ann Duffy needs us to think of what love means and what are consequences of that love.
5.  Personal connections: is there any way in which you relate to anything in the poem?
Personally, I think that the poem is very challenging in terms of love but I also think that the poem is very complex in its meaning but should a complexity to it.

 1.  Theme: what themes do you notice in the poem?  Explain how the themes contribute to your understanding of the poem
The themes.  the power of love
The themes of love because it’s about a tale of two people making each other and overcoming the obstacle. in the first line of the second stanza, Pablo describes how a storm in the ocean results in a catastrophic but when two lovers come together it results in a kiss. This day, the storm-driven ocean, lifted us up in a kiss.
 perseverance
The poem also showcases the themes of perseverance as the two lovers endeavour the hardship of the relationships. In the second line of the second stanza, Neruda wants us to know that the lover was never separated even after the “storm” that had experienced. He also wants us to know through the passion of love had made the lover become inseparable and face the obstacle together. so exalted we trembled at the lightning flash and bound as one, fell, and drowned, without being unbound.
fulfilment
The poem also shows the result of that perseverance as the two lovers is now directed to a new path or opportunity. In the third stanza of the poem, Neruda describes that this product of this opportunity that was created by the two lovers is a child or a priest in a marriage. A strange door opened, between us, and someone, with no face as yet,  waited for us there.
2.  Do you agree or disagree with the poem?  Explain your thinking.
I actually kinda like the poem because we need more love in this world and we need to love more than ever. I also agree with Neruda that love is powerful and the ability to influence people’s perspective of the world. Love also has the power to overcome the obstacles of life. Overall, I indeed l like the message of the poem and that you should love no matter what’s the situation
3.  Jot down and respond to a favourite line or favourite image.  What specifically do you like about the poem? Be specific, pay attention to beautiful words, phrases and language.
I like the final stanza: A strange door opened, between us and someone, with no face as yet, waited for us there because the ending is really ambiguous as they can interpret in multiple meanings. The faceless someone can be Maltide and Pablo's future child or can be a soul that is in union with God. In a way, this faceless someone can lead the reader to think about the poem in a deeper way: whether it’s religious and symbolic and they want to find the answers. I think Neruda like most writers wants us to think in different ways and that there is no right answer to the poem.
4.  What is this poem saying?  What ideas is the poem conveying?
The poem is trying to say that love is more powerful and overcome many obstacles. Without love, life would be boring, dull and meaningless. The reward for love is a child or someone with faceless. Neruda wants us to find many different answers to his love poem.
5.  Personal connections: is there any way in which you relate to anything in the poem
Text to Self
In a way, I kinda feel that we need love in this world and more than ever. I also feel that more couples are breaking up and being single mothers and fathers. It is anything but important that we need more people to last in their marri

THE ROSES NO LONGER SMELL SWEET
Through the  colour of the sun against the  beach, I see your black shadow hitting against the murky waters
The smell of shampoo of your hair and your dark coloured eyes sharp as obsidian
Your  skin was bright as the northern star
I could still see your face like a rusted car
I remember what we shared during the years
Oh, it truly gave me the tears
Now you have left me alone
The  smell of dead roses and your ashes is blown

The Ethics between AI and Humans
I think, therefore I am. A Quote that had pondered by the famous French Mathematician and Philosopher Rene Descartes when he believed that all humans are thinking beings. In the movie, Ex Machina also has questions about what is being human. One of the themes in the film is that Robots can feel like a human, therefore act like a human. One of the human attributes that Ava had portrayed is the act of violence, i.e., the stabbing of its creator Nathan at the End of the movie. What Ava figured out is that humans are cruel and can dehumanize other humans very quickly. Many notable examples are Hitler’s persecution of Jews and other European minority or Pol Pot’s Kampuchea, which had persecuted 21% of the Cambodian population, which are mostly religious minorities and government followers. Although Ava doesn’t act morally but rather than logically, it seems clear that Ava had copied the violent side of human emotions such as murder. In conclusion, ordinary humans can be persuaded to commit cruel acts when they have the power to do such things.
First, Humans have a moral compass and have basic ethics, but that idea of being right can be corrupted. Whether it’s for the good or the worst, we can have choices in our lifetime. People can take advantage of others; corruption affects the growth of man as well as the growth of a nation. It has influenced politics, law and order, business and even professional sports. Most of the corruption is to achieve something or to gain power. To become the president of the United States of America, Richard Nixon had ordered a group of men to break into the Watergate complex. These men have stolen secret paper and wiretapped people’s phone lines. All Humans are greedy and selfish; it is because of our pure selfish thought that it would lead people to resolve into corruption to gain power. Although Humans have a sense of right and wrong, we could easily be tricking ourselves into being corrupted. In 1513, Niccolo Machiavelli wrote the infamous book called The Prince, which he observes the many changes of the government in Renaissance Italy. He notices that a trend amongst leaders of lying to the public, create oppression and violence towards ordinary civilians and generating fear among the nation. He branded these people as “Machiavellian.”However, contrary to popular belief, not all Machiavellians are leaders, as anyone can be a Machiavellian. An example of Machiavellian behaviour can found in an Italian company named Luxottica that had conquered the market for eyeglasses and putting its competitors out of business. To make a person be considered machiavellian is to gain a political, financial, and business gain by doing anything, even using mud, robbery, or even distrustfulness. People can be corrupt because of our influence and our greed with power and respect.
3.
Second, even ordinary Humans have done horrible things when they are pressured by power and fear. Many humans can change into demons when they can do so. After WW2, When the Nazis had persecuted about two-thirds of the Jewish and Romani population. One of the thinkers was an American psychologist and researcher named Philip Zimbardo. Who conducted a series of experiments in the basement of Stanford University. He hired a group of men and separated them into groups: the Guards and Prisoners. The result of the experiment was brutal as the guards would increase their aggressive tactics, humiliation and dehumanization of the prisoners. Especially the one that is called John Wayne, Who was rather more like a Cowboy in Texas. Christina Maslach, the woman that credited of stopping the experiment, had described the sadistic guard.” he was talking in a different accent, a Southern accent, which I hadn’t recalled at all. He moved differently[...]It was like Jekyll and Hyde”. The experiment demonstrated that even people in positions of authority could become cruel towards those under their command.
Moreover, unlike humans in which they have let their animalistic tendencies to act violently, AI had copied or acted impulsively in a very calculated method. Some may argue that AI has no morals or conscience, while others say that robots have artificial intelligence and emotions. On the contrary, critics will argue that if robots have emotional intelligence and would be helping or hurting humanity. One of the fears is that robots will revolt against their human masters and will be dominated. In the movie Ex Machina, Ava had killed Nathan and locked Caleb up to starve him to death to have one objective to escape Nathan’s Mansion in which she was held hostage there. Although Ava had no emotions because she had left Caleb to rot a locked room and to stab Nathan with a knife. Violence is copies of robots instead of humans, which acts violently.
People have always are violent beings for a variety of reasons. Whether it is corruption, the hunger for power, history will show us that we can be destructive and selfish, whether it’s a company taking other companies or doing extreme things, Hitler’s persecution of Jews. Whether AI has emotional intelligence and would behave violently. Nevertheless, It seems clear that humans would be violence to gain a personal goal.

Would your answer change if Danilo Celestino was your brother?
I think my answer to saying that he was innocent wouldn’t change if Danilo Celestino were my brother. Firstly, I wouldn’t know the whole situation that had taken place and blindly blame it on the convict because of grief and loss. I could be very emotional of what had happened and could blame it on the convict instead of my brother, even though he has hung out with some bad apples and I would not have the chance to meet brother again. Grief and lost would have affected my logic and rationalization. Secondly, I could have been very ignorant about the whole ordeal and would be mad if instead convict. I would probably be scapegoating Segun because of how the court had given much little information as possible of what had happened in the coffeetime bathroom. As a brother of Danilo Celestino, I would probably have closed mind on the Segun and not even dare to question what had really happened or why he had stabbed my brother. Thirdly, I would say probably what he convicted because he is black. Honestly, I would have simply classified a gangbanger as black. This is mostly because of how news has incorrectly portrayed had a young black man as a hoodlum or gang member. I would probably think that my brother would have been involved in a bad situation that had led to his death. In conclusion, I believe that Segun should go to jail because of my ignorance, the grief of a loved one and just sheer racism.

Segun’s road to redemption: Does Segun deserve a second chance?
Segun should have a second chance because it was not his fault for he murdered Danilo Celestino. Firstly, he was at the wrong place and at the wrong time or else he would have ignored the whole ordeal in the first place. Secondly, he was defending himself as Danillo Celestino attacked Segun from behind. Thirdly, he was mostly convicted because he was a young black man, which is a common stereotype of prisoners. Finally, he was lost and confused about what he was doing, and at the end of the day, he doesn't need a prison sentence or criminal record in order to be taught a lesson as there are many alternatives towards a better life.
Firstly, he was in the wrong place and at the wrong time or else he would have ignored the whole ordeal in the first place. People can make the worst choice at a critical moment of their life, and most can be fatal. Segun himself still regrets what he had done to Celestino and even admits that he should not have been there in the first place as he had gone with a bad friend, Nathan, who had been with him in the crime and eventually ratted him out of the whole situation." I'm struggling emotionally and financially—the work isn't easy, and neither is life. I wish Danilo Celestino didn't have to lose his life so I could find mine," Segun said. Segun had to cope with what he had done to the victim and that he wished that he was alive so that he wouldn't have to go through this torture and probably would live a pretty healthy life. If Segun has given a second chance, he would have become more successful and would have an open mind.
Secondly, he was just self-defence as himself as Danillo Celestino as he tried to stab him in the back. He would have been killed himself as the stab marks were so close toward his vital organs such as his brain. While some may argue that Celestino's murder was the first-degree manslaughter, I would agree that the killing that had taken place was purely self-defence. Segun described how Celestino had intentions to kill him, so Segun had murdered as a self-defence mechanism. "Suddenly I felt like I'd been punched in the head, twice. He'd stabbed me in the back of my neck, close to my cerebellum. I turned around to see he was holding a knife with a dragon handle. It covered with blood. I don't remember what happened next, not really. I remember him coming at me with the bloody knife. We fought, and I got the blade. I ended up stabbing him three times; I learned later that one of the cuts sliced his aorta. He staggered outside the Coffee Time and crumpled on the ground," said Segun. Segun had almost hit near the cerebellum. It could have killed him, and in a natural response, he was only self-defending himself. In conclusion, Segun should deserve a second chance and shouldn't get arrested because instead, he should have been as he was now only was being of what we would have done in that situation.
Thirdly, he was treated as guilty because he was black. In the world of the justice system, you are more likely to be arrested if you were a young, black man as the percentage of black incarcerated consists about 24% of the black's 4.3% of the population In his time in prison, Segun had interviewed with his fellow prisoner by asking one question: why are you arrested? He was very astonished by the answer as many of his fellow prisoners were incarcerated because of racism, classism etc. "For the next six months, I became obsessed with writing a manual based on my own experience—a book that would help kids avoid getting into trouble. I conducted written surveys, asking fellow inmates what happened to bring them to incarceration. I was looking for common threads. And I found them: peer pressure, single-parent households, racism, low incomes, getting shunted around the education system, precarious housing. We were all living up to our stereotypes. I wanted to break the cycle." said Segun. As he listens to these responses from other prisoners, He concludes that maybe the Justice system is honest and It is a system that takes away the "unwanted" and sends them into jail. He should not even deserve to go to prison but instead aid by a social worker for becoming a better person.
Segun should deserve a second chance for several reasons. Firstly, he was at the wrong place and at the wrong time as would have ignored the whole ordeal in the first place. Secondly, he was defending himself as Danillo Celestino attacked Segun from behind. Thirdly, he mostly convicted because of systemic racism in the justice system. Nevertheless, Segun had used his experiences to start a program to prevent student in entering into the stereotypes and married a beautiful wife and kids even still disagreed that served in prison is unnecessary and that the board should have given me something helpfully. Also though he is emotionally and financially struggling. He always can find happiness after all those situations and still finding his redemption.
Thirdly, he was treated as guilty because he was black. In the world of the justice system, you are more likely to be arrested if you were a  young, black man as the percentage of black incarcerated consists about 24% of the black’s 4.3% of the population   In his time in prison, Segun had interviewed with his fellow prisoner by asking one question: why are you arrested? I wanted to break the cycle.” said Segun.  As He listens to these responses from other prisoners, He draws a conclusion that maybe the Justice system is maybe honest and It is basically a system that takes away the “unwanted” and sends them into jail. He should not even deserve to go to prison but instead aid by a social worker for becoming a better person.
Segun should deserve a second chance by a number of reasons. Firstly, he was at the wrong place and at the wrong time as would have ignored the whole ordeal in the first place. Even though, he is emotionally and financially struggling. He still can find happiness after all those situations and still finding his redemption.

Activity #3:
I have always been aficionado for the supernatural as I have experienced a lot of incidents on the subject. The topic itself has always been in my interest because it’s bizarre and lead you to the question: what is reality? I will give you three reasons why I find the paranormal to be especially interesting in my life and why I would tell my paranormal stories than any other accounts. Firstly, I always feel that my other stories of survival are boring compared to my paranormal experiences. Although a few of the paranormal experience, I would be more comfortable to tell these stories rather than my terrible life stories because I am an awkward mess. Secondly, I like to see the reaction of my cousin and friends, and I also want them to feel envious of my stories. When I go to a get-together, I don’t exactly feel telling my life stories because they are boring rather than my paranormal occurrences. So I would tell my family and friends the weirdest experiences I have. This is because I knew that everybody would have a sense of shock or astonishment on their faces when I say these incidences like a parlour trick. Thirdly, It makes me more critical than I am apart of something. Honestly, I am not what you call a “perfect student” because I am not a very diligent and a hard worker. So I tend to make up stories and experience to promote myself. In conclusion, out of all the experiences in my life, I would instead choose a story of the paranormal rather, than anything else because it makes me look distinguished.

How does the author thrive/succeed/triumph because of her exposure to multiple identities?
Anais Granofsky has  a vast range of knowledge and experience that contributed to her success. Her experiences was built on her mother's and father’s side , Which had  led her to a difficult but satisfying life. Firstly , She has to learn the ways in order to  become a fencesitter and have to balance her life in order to be accepted by both parties. She also has more open minded on the world and have lead a feeling of empathy towards other humans. Secondly, If she hadn’t had her mother nor her father, she would have closed mind and would have been as successful. Thirdly, She had become a strong woman as cope with racism, poverty and sexism among her family.  Finally, Granofsky also felt a weird sense of happiness in herself as she tried so hard to adapt in two worlds.
Firstly, Anais Granofsky have a learn how to be a fencesitter and have to balance her life in order to accepted by both parties. Living in both worlds can be hard but it can also be fun and educational. Granofsky always have something new everyday as she live with her  welfare mother in the freezing cold but  also spent the weekend at her grandparents winter house down in Florida or when she is not eating macaroni salad and kentucky fried chicken at her mom’s house, she is eating french cuisine  served by her grandparent’s ”old school “butler. ”When my mother and I returned home to Toronto at the end of the summer, our cozy apartment seemed empty and isolated. As the winter holidays approached, I flew to visit my grandparents at their winter home in West Palm Beach, Florida. The three of us rang in the new year swimming laps in the pool, reading the newspaper and enjoying quiet meals together.”   Granofsky.   But  She also  have to learn how to cope with the two lives and also have to learn to not go in one side or the other but instead go in the neutral or gray area. She can’t be more greedy or spoiled if she’s in her grandparent’s side but also can’t get sad and miserable  on her mother’s side.  These lessions had given her the gift of empathy and widen her knowledge of the world, which had eventually had lead her to success.
Secondly, her experience of being rich and poor had lead to being open minded to the world. As living in a world of black and white, one must have some aspect of what it is it to live with both worlds. Anais said that she never felt cursed but instead have a wide view of the world and have a gift of empathy.  “All of these experiences gave me the gift of empathy. From titans of industry to a single mother trying to survive in the projects, we were all just doing the best we could with what we had. Sometimes I think of my ancestors who crossed oceans, farmed fields and bore the brunt of racism. I wonder what they would think of my beautiful Canadian life.” Granofsky.   She always felt that her ancestor  hard work and sheer force of will had let them to more comfortable life to the next generation. In the end of the day,  it was her experience that had lead her to success as she had learn the hard way and the easy way.
Thirdly, her experience of racism, sexism and classism have lead her to strong women.  As being part Jewish and African Canadian, Granofsky’s family had their fair share of racism but however they have overcome that fear and become successful. For example, her grandfather have to fight antisemintism in the 1940s .  “He told me stories about the anti-Semitism he faced as a young man in the ’40s. He fought and scraped for everything he had built, starting a business in his parents’ garage and growing it by sheer force of will.” Granofsky.  Whether it is her grandparents antisemitism experience or her mother living in an systemic poverty in an racial unjust system, each of them try to succeed to have a goal and strive to it. Likewise ,Granofsky herself have to also faced systemic racism via living in ghettos and is struggle but isdi did her best and succeeded. In conclusion,  Granofsky and her family have to challenge of racism but eventually had suceeded on the matter and become something rather than nothing.
The author have use  her multiple identities to strive and succeed and have a vast knowledge that give her an open mind. She have to be a fencesitter as she have to balance the both parties. She have become a strong women that faced sexism, racism, and classism. It is because of perservence , hard work and just dumb luck  that had lead her to comfortable and successful life. Today, she is a director , actor ,and writer that worked  on over 11 films.  And i want to ask you a question. Have you found happiness in your life?
