I Know What You Are... You Are Mega Man!

The differences between each Mega is something I love and appreciate, plus it's also fun to compare them side-by-side for it.

I think it's really amusing how they start with robots that slowly reach near-human traits, and then there's a straight-up human. Albeit, he is merged with a non-human being.

And then there's Volnutt. I know he could probably be narrowed down to an "artificial human", but I like the idea of tying him to his celestial origins as Trigger that are still half a mystery.

Such is my running-joke with him. He is just... Volnutt (currently).

I love that folks are being more accepting of autism, but I don't love that autism is being sanitized into a quirk.

There's a cute and acceptable form of autism on social media, and I don't see any indication that folks are remotely ready for discussing the rest of it, which contains all the uncomfortable things that impede a person's everyday life, require support, and make acceptance almost impossible—where the hygiene struggles, inappropriate social behaviors, involuntary movements and outbursts, meltdowns, and emotional dependence issues live. And the cuter and more sanitized the "good" autism gets, the more unacceptable the "bad" autism becomes.

#I do most of the first 6 things #I actually try to shave often b/c having body hair bothers me sensory-wise but like. I can ONLY tolerate makeup when I cosplay #I CANNOT do dishes without gloves b/c touching ANYTHING dirty in the sink with my bare hands is an awful sensory experience #I have the emotional energy levels of a golden retriever who also happens to have social anxiety orz
