*Rayman would slide his hand between Peach's arm so they would be linked. While he didn't have arms, this was his way of performing that gesture. He would walk with Peach and keeps an eye out for any signs of trouble. There was a club with a long line up ahead.*

"I am going to start by taking you to one of our local clubs. This one's very special since there's a strict "No harassment" rule here. Everyone is welcome no matter who or what they are as long as they behave. This club is called "The United of Eden." I have a friend that works here during the later hours. I arranged for her and one special guest to perform for us today. Just for you."

*They would bypass the line in favor of the ViP line. Rayman would present his pass and holds out a letter for the bouncer to read. The bouncer would give the paper a read before handing it back to Rayman.*

"Understood. Welcome to the United of Eden, Princess Peach. I hope you enjoy your time here. If anyone tries to give you any trouble, flag down one of the bouncers inside."

*The bouncer would move out of the way and permit Rayman, Peach, and her toads inside. Rayman would lead the princess around the club, showing her around. He would show her the bar, explain each section of the tables and showing her their table at the vip lounge, but he would also lead her to the back. He would tell her where the dressing rooms were, but they would wander from the path towards the "VIP rooms" section.

*Rayman would be permitted back there to show her the various lounges within.*

"There are various types of ViP lounges back here. You need to arrange for reservations ahead of time. I have permission to show you these rooms.

There's "The Dance Club," where it's raves and discos all night. There's "The Palace Dining Hall," where you can arrange for catering and buffets. Then there's my favorite: "The Starlight Lounge." It's one of the best places to stargaze in the entire city. It's very hard to get a reservation for the Starlight Lounge. It's very popular for dates and special romantic occasions.

I've managed to pull a few strings and get us reservations for the Starlight Lounge later tonight. Clear skies overhead and the stars will be shining bright for us."

But not avail, the Toads were notdangerous, not respectable enough to be heard. Ubtil Rayman came.

"I am fine. The Toads are fine thanks to heaven, they were getting to close to us... but that is in the past, Thank you for the help, Rayman, you came at the right moment. Now... with that out of the way, may we continue? I would love to see more of the city with you!"

says her as she kept rayman's hand over her arm, making sure he is linked to her arm.

"And where should we go now? You guide! we are in your hands, my dear!. This city is so big and has a lot of high buildings, this is the place with more skyscrappers that I have seen in my life."

*The other ghosts would watch Lucas continue to crack the puzzles. Jade would encourage and inspire him as he attempted each maze. She really was quite the supportive influence, wasn't she? Lucas would guide Cody's avatar through the maze, and then the wrestler would reform.

*Cody appeared frantic as he tries to figure out where he is. Almost taking a swing at Peyj until he finally calms down. Once he calms down, Murfy is the one who speaks to him as the other Ghosts try to keep him calm.*

"Relax Cody. You're safe. You are not in any danger here. You don't know me, my name's Murfy. I'm a close friend of Mona's. You remember her right? Raymona? You two would meet up after matches ever so often?"

*Cody seems to settle down at last when he hears Raymona's name. He gives a smile to the greenbottle and holds out a hand. The two would shake.*

"So you know old Iron Knuckles? How's she doing these days? It's been so long since we last got together for a hang out!"

"She's doing great, man. You'll see her in a moment. I want you to meet someone very special to her though. See the kid sitting there? That's the kid who just rescued you. Mona's kid."

"Wait. Mona's... Kid? Iron Knuckles had a kid?"

"Well. Yes and no. Adopted."

"Adopted or Blood, any friend or family of Iron Knuckles is a friend of mine!"

*Cody would approach Lucas and offer him a fist to bump*

"Put 'er there, buddy."

Soon, Jade is freed from her own prison, being welcomed back by those she loved very much. Witnessing the interaction between the pig hybrid with his niece made Lucas smile, relieved to see everybody is in better spirits. Especially Bullfrog, who looks as if he's about to cry from sheer joy. However, this isn't the time to rest now, there's more to save.

The dragon hybrid is concentrating on the TV screen again, controller in his hands. A nod as Lucas starts to piece together the mazes mentally, proving to be a problem solver when it comes to puzzles. Lucas might not be a strong fighter, but he's showing that he's a supporter, alright, just like Claus said so in the past. The redhead is going to be grinning, saying "I told you so" later on.

Not much is said. Lucas doesn't talk much during concentration, using all his energy on problem solving than conversing, making sure his head is fully in the game. This time, he gets a little stuck on one of the levels, though he is able to solve it after much thinking.

"Unusual. Something about the themes of these puzzles strikes me. Could it be the key to..."

After this, the boy is back to the puzzles. The last level is the most difficult one for him. Goodness, they do get harder by each person. Eden sure knew what they were doing. Too bad they were being cracked by a fifteen year old.

*Rayman let out a yelp of surprise as he was whisked away for a dance. He would give a chuckle and would join whoever wished to dance with him. This was quite a lively party, wasn't it? Rayman was enjoying himself!

*He would feel the princess bump into him and he let out a chuckle when she apologized, when she began to retreat, he suddenly took hold of her hand to stop her, telling her that there was no harm done and it's okay. When She asked to dance more, he would give a low, gracious bow with a grin on his face.*

"May I have the honor of this dance, fair princess?"

"Sorry, are you okay? I did not harm you, did I?"

Asked her as she retreated sightly from the other to give him space to breathe and move and to get out of the dance floor for now, she had to admit that it was fun! For that the festivals were so beloved here, they were one of the best things that got implemented by her grandparents and never were took out. Festivals for every festivity of the kingdom. Lights, colors, food! Everything in dispaly for the rest.

"How about we dance a bit more? The night is young after all! and is fun to be around you, Thank you for everything, Rayman"

*Bullfrog would finish discussing the situation with Murfy over his earpiece. He would position himself in his seat so he could talk to Ramon and Naida.*

"Murfy has called Floyd. He will meet with us in the townhouse to inspect the baby. If we intend to foster the child, we need to consider going shopping for supplies. We have some to tend to a baby, but not one this young. Murfy said that he would get a hold of some of his allies to assist for the critical ones. She will need something to substitute mother's milk right now.

If I know Murfy and Floyd, they won't rest until they get everything we'll need to take care of the child. You would have to talk with Murfy if you wish to keep the baby."

*Ramon would start to extend very shaky hands to hold the baby, but he suddenly pulls away. He tries to steady his shaking hands and he looks up to Naida with heartbroken eyes.*

"What if I drop her? I don't... I don't want to hurt anyone else..."

Naida just shushed the baby softly, bouncing her arms a little, of course she knew tht the little creature had nothing to eat, but they have to hold that out for the time being, no one in the car could nothing about that at the moment, she could just comfort the crying baby with words and soft momvements as she craddled her softly.

*The child allowed Rayman to pin the badge to his shirt. He held his head high and proud. The child happily extended his hands out to Rayman and Raymona would carefully slide the child into his hold. He would rest himself against the blonde limbless' form.

*He would grow a big smile when he was gifted his name. His name was Theo now? He shook his head excitedly. He really liked that name. More than his old one, that's for sure. Raymona chuckled and gently stroked the child's head.*

"Then it's settled. We'll help you get better. You're going to see so many wonderful things now that you are out of that cell. You'll get to experience what every child should. All three of you. Rain Dancer is very nice. He's got a bunch of kids of his own. It may be a little overwhelming, but they all work together to take care of each other.

The two healthy kids will be taken to Utopia. It's the safest place for them. They'll be able to run around and play outside. Feel what grass is like beneath your feet. No oppression. All the kids we rescued are so lucky. They’re guaranteed a better life. Even the ones that stay in Eden with other families. They get to stay with people like Grandma Melissa that go above and beyond to keep them safe.

Asked him as he extended his hands for the kid, allowing him to go to him if the child wanted as he would keep him on his hold, close to him, allowing the kid to move freely around him if he desred it.

Says him to the child as he just sits there on the sofa with that choice made. he just hopes to ne get too attackhed to him, so the goos bye will not be too harsh for either of them.

*It would appear the kid didn't hear anything his twin had said. Thank goodness Rayman kept his voice down low enough as he was handing off the pin. Rayman chuckles when he asked to give it to the kid and he gave his twin a wink.*

"Yep. That's why I'm handing it to you"

*The child responded to the head caress by pressing his head into Rayman's hand. Showing he really liked the touch. Raymona would position the child in her hold so Rayman could pin the badge onto his shirt.

*As they continued to tend to the child, Raymona would speak to Murfy.*

"Hey Murfy? You okay with me fostering this one at least until he recovers from his respiratory infection? It's really a bad idea to transfer him until he gets better. Last thing we need is the kid to collapse on transport and we'd have to call Floyd while we're like two states away from Eden."

"I have to agree with Mona. I'll let you guys nurse the little goober back to health. I can arrange for pick up of the two healthy ones until then. Sound good with you, Boss Man?"

*Murfy would let out a chuckle and gave a shrug.*

"Yeah I can allow that. Otherwise I think two of my team members may try to get the flyswatter if I say no."

That promise, is something that he can do. But... he then looked at his twin, and held the pin in his hands listening to him. But taking the other blonde to another place to talk, it wasn't the best place to speak as the child was present. Not about that, not about how the kids were used and trained, he did want to spare the kid's innocence for a little longer.

"I got a few of them too, I destroyed them all after I found out what they did, what they made me to do. I couldn't take it. I just made sure they didn't work, throwing them to the sea. And forgetting about them. I did not have a savy tech guy to help me to get those off..."

Said him as he just looks at the pin again. Asking with his eyes if he can give this one to the child.

"There is something for you in here. little guy. Here is a gift for us both to you."

Says him giving the kid, the pin as he smiles, caressing the child's head softly.

*Ramon just went limp in Naida's hold. She would have to make sure his hands and feet didn't fall to the floor with how limp he went. Hoyt just let them leave with no further fuss. He would order his bodyguards to dispose of the body, and they would see the hybrid and human begin to pick up and carry away the corpse.

*Hoyt would keep his eye on the car. Ramon turned his head back towards Hoyt as they began to load themselves back up into the car. Hoyt only grew a dark looking grin on his face as he waves farewell to the group. He casually smoked a cigar and blew the smoke in their direction.

*Once they were in the car and Raymona began to drive, Bullfrog would hand the baby off to Naida and begins updating Murfy on what happened. Ramon begins to panic while sitting beside his beloved.*

"Naida...? He didn't just let us go. I know that look. I think Hoyt intends to come back for the baby..."

The mermaid froze in place watching everything go south, the shot got fired and a hybrid fell, at least it was fast and not a horrible and painful death, her hands went to her mouth in shock as she let her breath get trapped into her throat for the time being, the silence was made in the entire room.

When Bullfrog started to take the baby out she quickly jerked her head to other side, not wanting to see that, not wanting to see that thing. Stoamch hurting, food threatening to go up her esophagus, but she swallowed it back down with a heavy sigh. A sigh of relief left her as she watched Ramon unfreeze as Bullfrog called his attention, this was a very hard blow for him she was sure of it.

Reaching out for her boyfriend, the mermaid rested her head on his back as she then held him as close as she could, glaring at Hoyt when he lifted him up from the hoodie.

"..."

A low growl left her throat as she picked Ramon up again, softly in her arms, as unspoken hug...

"Let's go."

Says her as she kept Ramon close to her holding him up in bridal form to the car.

"Bullfrog, give me the kid, it will be safe in the back..."

Said her as she opened her arms to recieve the small one, taking off the hoodie to clean the face of the little one from the blood and placenta. She just rubs her forehead again's Ramon's cheek, in an attampts to comfort him, then came a soft kiss on his cheek and forhead as with her free hand made him to rest his head upen her shoulder. Accidents happen, that's the sad truth and sometimes nothing can't be done to avoid them..

*Rayman continued to carry Pearl in his hold, he allowed her to snuggle close to him to keep warm. When she asked if he would be angry if she called him daddy, he responded by nuzzling his forehead against hers. He had a big smile on his face.*

"I wouldn't be mad in the slightest. If you want us to be your mom and dad, then we will. Now let's get you home and get you warmed up. Love you, sweetie."

*He would use his foot to knock on the door. Betilla would allow him inside and he would carry Pearl to the living room. When Naida fell down and hit her head. Rayman let out a gasp and rushed to her. She set Pearl down and began to inspect Naida's head.*

"Jeez Naida you've got a lot of swelling on that spot. Maybe I should call Otto."

*Betilla spoke up and said Rayman didn't need to bother Otto. That he may be asleep right now. The Nymph would go over and use a bit of her healing magic to reduce the swelling of the spot. It was still red, but the bump was now gone.

*Betilla would go gather some blankets for all three of them. Rayman would curl himself up in the blanket to keep himself warm. Betilla would help Naida and Pearl stay warm. The Magician would head for the kitchens to prepare some tea and some warm milk for Pearl. He would return with the mugs and begins handing off the drinks to each of them.

*Betilla would then give the Magician a hug and the two would nuzzle noses with each other.*

Says her sobbing, as the kid wrapped her arms around the child, a bump forming on her forehead, she was in pain, but who cares? Her baby was back!

She then looked at Rayman and hugged him as tight as she could, with Peral between them as she cried on his shoulder, before lift his chin and give him a deep kiss on his lips, before plant a shorter one on his nose and forhead.

"Thank you, my love, thank you for finding our baby back!"

Says her as Pearl finally released the hug on her new mother

"Mommy, I'm sorry for before..."

"m-mommy?... Did you just... All is forgiven, my baby... all is forgiven"

The mermaid just cries again, happy tears this time as she hugs Pearl again, kissing the top of her head.

*Rayman would follow the Princess to the city's festival. His eyes shifted to show stars. He was in awe at the sights. The music, the starry skies! The Mushroom Kingdom really was a sight to behold.

*As they would continue through Toad Town, Rayman would stay right by Peach's side. As they continued their walk, he would speak with her.*

"Back in the glade, there's some really great places to go stargazing. It's been something I'd do since I moved to the glade. There's one spot that my friend Raymona showed me. It's right outside the Fairy Council.

The Fairy council is kind of like a castle to the figureheads that rule over the glade. While we all follow the will of Polokus, the council was established so we wouldn't have to keep relying on him in the event he couldn't be here.

That spot for stargazing has a beautiful view of the water. The sky just reflects off the surface. You can find a couple of my friends hanging out in that spot during the night. I'd love to take you to that spot whenever you are in the glade."

The hug was so comfortable, it looked like he didn't have bonesbut he certaly did, as she when released her hug, pressed a hand softly against his shoulder. But he certanly was warm and soft...

Asked the princess with a soft giggle as she goes to the Toawn, the night falling, the lights going on, the cozyness of the views were so beautiful, the stars shining up above with the soft lights to light up all the way to the castle.

"I figured I'd have to talk to other people to get the permissions. I was hoping you'd be able to help me out with arranging that for us. I don't blame them for being wary of Rayman. Most of the groups are. Hell, I expect to get an earful from my other allies later. I have every reason to trust him though, and I know he's proved himself to you. I'd say give it time and let him prove himself to your group.

I can't bring every single member to come meet with your boss, but I can at least bring the household. Bullfrog and Ramon's going to start fieldwork with me. I've got other members stationed here in this city. I've also got safehouses appointed. My reach goes as far as the City of Utopia. I have very powerful allies there. I work personally with the Mayor of Utopia himself."

"Wait" - Rayman's voice was in shock. He gave Murfy a look that read bewilderment. - "You've had contacts in Utopia? One of the most highly secure cities on this continent? I've heard that if you so much as enter without a permit or permission, you get shot on sight."

"Yes. That is true. Mona and I have always had temporary visas. Means we can go over there and stay temporarily. Though I can switch mine out for a permanent one if things get too dangerous here in Eden. I'm savin' that for a rainy day. As for Mona? She didn't want to leave you behind, Ray. If you guys ever want to get to Utopia, I have the means. But It may take a while to arrange everything."

*Rayman took hold of Ellie's hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze. He gave a soft chuckle when she asked if this is what he wanted to do.*

"I want to make a difference in Eden, Ellie. It's clear that something needs to be done, and if this is the only way to usher in change, then I'll do it. At least I'll have a team to watch my back. I won't have to tackle this alone. I'm... I'm not alone anymore.

Ever since you came into my life, things have been changing. I want to think this is the start of good change."

"Our resistance groups joining forces? That would be awesome!" A bright expression could be seen on her face. Ellie would love it if the two resistance groups merged together. Murfy currently helps her resistance group when he can, so whose to say that it wouldn't be possible for the two groups to become one giant group and help each other stop Eden.

"The more the merrier I say. If I had it my way, I'd bring everyone aboard. But it's not just my decision alone. With something like this, I'd imagine Natalie, would want everyone to come to our base in person and have a chat about it. She's my leader and is not only someone whose compassionate, but also is firm when she needs to be."

"Natalie's kind of like me where she's like a mom friend, but also tends to bite off more than she can chew at times because...well...she's the leader of our resistance group and works as a nurse at a hospital. There's also our co-leader who we refer to as Grandpa, he may come off as grumpy, but he's really sweet once he gets to know you and he's close to you."

"I don't see either of them having an issue with everyone joining us, including Bullfrog. However, I think they may have a problem with Rayman joining due to his history. I have talked to the team about him before, so they have mixed feelings about him. Once Rayman tells his sides of things, I'm sure Natalie will leave it up to voting, and the majority vote would basically rule as to whether or not he can join us."

The redhead turns her attention to her boyfriend, who she is quite concerned about. "Rayman...are you sure this is something that you want to do? Now that your not under someone else's control, your free to make your own decisions. Don't feel like you have to be pressured into resistance work just because Murfy sent you an invitation."

"What you did a week ago, was incredible, and I have no doubt that you'd make a great addition to the team. You would be able to improve your skills overtime and hey you may be able to learn some new skills along the way. But resistance work isn't always easy, and it can be quite dangerous. You know I would support you, regardless of the choice that you make because I love you."

*The child continued to rest against Raymona's form, he had a hand from each Rayman in his. He would look up to the Rayman that made the promise. The child's eyes were misty as he asked.*

"If I have to go to a new family, pwomise you'll visit me? Please?"

*His twin would fish for something in his jacket pocket. He would fish a Rayman Kids pin out of his pocket. He inspected it for a moment and handed it to his twin. When he would look at the back, he would see the badge had been tampered with.*

"I always keep a few of these on me for when we rescue children. I found out that they would use these to tip the authorities to suspicious activity. Including resistance member hide outs. The ones I carry and collect have those deactivated. They can't track these and they can't tip off the police. These are completely harmless.

I had no idea that the Rayman Kids were being used like that. Not only to be a mole to root out resistance members, but to one day be raised into the child soldiers of Eden. *There was a hearty chuckle heard over the chat. Rain Dancer would respond.*

*They would start to release as many of the slaves as they could. The slaves that desired to fight back would make their way to the arms storage. They would begin to fight back against their captors.

*Ramon turned his attention to Naida but froze when the stray bullet took out the hybrid. All the hybrids that were fighting froze. They all stared at the fallen pregnant one. Hoyt took this moment to stand on a crate and begin addressing the slaves.*

"I should have every single one of you slaughtered, but I am feeling generous today. Tell me why this one hybrid managed to halt an entire riot!"

*One of the hybrids that had been fighting back stepped forward.*

"She was pregnant, sir."

"Pregnant? I have no reports of any pregnant hybrids among my stock."

*Bullfrog rushes over to the hybrid and places a hand on her stomach. He realizes there's movement and draws one of his wrist blades. He utters a "Forgive me, I must do this to save your child" before he began to cut open her belly. He would then carefully slit the womb open and pull out the baby inside. Bullfrog would then carefully cut the cord and hold the baby close.

*Ramon stood there frozen until Bullfrog yelled at him to give him something to cover the child before they freeze. Ramon pulls his hoodie off, then takes the white shirt he was wearing beneath off. He offered the white shirt to Bullfrog as he covered himself with his hoodie once more.

*Bullfrog carefully swaddled the baby. Hoyt would stand above them, watching and keeping the other slaves and bodyguards far away from the scene. He would start to loudly berate his guards for keeping this secret from him. He would order one of his personal bodyguards to open the doors to the warehouse and ordered the slaves to go.

*Ramon would start to shake. Tears start to fill his eyes as the realization finally hits him. He had innocent blood on his hands again! This was all his fault! He started to clutch his gut and suddenly began to puke. The stress becoming too much for him. Hoyt goes to Ramon and picks him up by the hood. He would glare at the traumatized limbless before he let out a sigh and set him back on his feet.*

*Naida was gifted one of the earpieces that the group uses to keep in contact with each other. Ramon and Bullfrog were escorting Naida and Raymona. Murfy would try to guide them to where they needed to go.

*They were infiltrating a warehouse that was used to store and transport hybrid slaves. The door was padlocked. Raymona begins trying to pick the lock, even seeing if Bullfrog could manage. She goes through most of her picks before she gives up. Ramon quietly calls out for them to hide as three familiar figures start to approach the door. The group scatters to hide, Ramon and Naida hiding in the same spot.

*Ramon let out a quiet, deep growl as he sees Hoyt Volker approach the padlocked door with his bodyguards. He slips the keys out of his pocket and unlocks the door. He leaves the door unlocked as they enter. Murfy would tell them when to enter.

*When they enter, they see rows and rows of cages lined up within the warehouse. They could see the guards inside gathered in the center of the space, it would appear Hoyt was holding a meeting. Raymona began inspecting around the warehouse and takes a look at the cages. She could be heard over their earpieces.*

"Murfy? I think Hoyt purposefuly made this place primative. The only thing electronic in here are cameras. I could hook you into the security room to fry them, but we'd have to go through each of the cages, one by one, to unlock them and rescue the prisoners. It looks like Hoyt's holding a meeting. They are all gathered in the center. I can't pickpocket the keys and hijack the security room at the same time. If I focus on the security cameras, it's possible they would dispatch their meeting during it. If I go for the keys, there's no way we could get every single cage before they start to catch on."

"Son of a bitch! This just went to a critical level of danger real fast. We may need to call this one off. Retreat and regroup."

*Ramon would survey the area. He would then talk over the earpiece next.*

"There's a store room that I saw the guards getting weapons and ammunition from. What if we unlock the storeroom, start releasing as many slaves as we can, and arm them? Some can fight, some can join and help release more of the slaves."

"Ramon. No. That's suicide."

"I don't see any other way of doing this, Murfy. If we retreat and regroup, the slaves will end up being sold later today. We need to do this now."

"RAMON DON'T YOU DARE! DO YOU HEAR ME!?"

*Murfy's cries would go ignored. Rayman directed Raymona to go take out the cameras. Ramon would detach a hand and successfully pickpocket sets of keys. He would hand a set off to Naida, Bullfrog, and he would keep a set for himself. He quietly made his way to the store room and unlocked the door once the cameras had been taken offline. Bullfrog was very clearly frustrated at the lack of cooperation from Ramon but told Naida to just start unlocking cages.*

Demona and Murfy both waved as they began to leave. The rest of the search party began to disperse and The Magician would follow alongside them.*

"I'm not sure if her mom and dad are having that same sleep. I'm still trying to find out what happened to most of her colony. The Robot Pirates have been really sneaky and covered their tracks well. As for her tail, she can change between having legs or a tail. When she gets wet, it can cause her tail to come out. So when it rains, she needs to either stay indoors or stay covered up!

*The two healthy children would happily play with both Raymans. Even taking turns and swapping who they played with. When the children were tuckered out, it allowed the two Raymans to play with the sick child. The sick one looked to both set of hands, and took one from each Rayman into his own.

*The child tried to get up from Raymona's hold. The Brunette limbless would set the child down on the floor, he struggled to stand and slowly began to walk forward towards the two Raymans. Then, the child collapsed onto the floor. He would start to cough badly. Everyone seemed to make a reach for the child. Raymona, Rayman, Floyd, Bullfrog, even Murfy!

*Floyd scooped the child back up and handed him back to Raymona. Urging her to make sure he rests and does not try to walk. The child would start to get misty eyed as he was set back into Raymona's hold. He held his hands out to the two Raymans.*

"Wanna play..! Wanna Play...!"

"I'm so sorry sweetie, but you are too sick to play with them right now."

*Rayman would motion for his twin to go over to the sofa. He walked over as well and stood beside where Raymona was seated, leaving the seat next to her for his twin. He held his hand out for the child to take, and the child reached for the other Rayman's. They would see Murfy was getting Raymona's laptop out and was typing away. He would begin testing the laptop's mic. It looks like he was getting a voice call set.*

Maybe just maybe after the waters calm down he can give this kid a name, just for him, so he remembers him for the rest of his life...

Rayman would sing his head to Raymona's direction to just kiss her cheek softly. As he took one kid as his twin took the other to play with, letting the child to climb on him or do what they wanted on him, play with his nose, hair... he didn't mind he just smiled and played with them back, but he knew that the sick child was just wanting to play too, so he offered his hands to the child and placed him on the floor between the both Raymans , so he could chose with who play with!
