When Andi is first born, Micah is a bit “possessive” of her, at least when it comes to George and Lance. It’s not that he has any issues with them, but, well, they already have other grandkids from Bow’s older siblings. He just feels like he should get to be Andi’s favorite grandpa by default.

Due to the fact that Glimmer took the full power of the Moonstone while she was (unknowingly) pregnant with her, Andromeda’s power actually manifested on her first birthday. Like her mother, the young princess gained the ability to teleport, though lacked any of the other “sparkle” powers that Glimmer had.

The early development of this power caused no small degree of trouble for Glimmer and Bow, especially when they’d try to hold meetings after putting their daughter down for a nap, only for the baby to simply teleport onto their lap or into their arms.

A big part of why Glimmer cuts her hair shorter in this AU is because, as a toddler, Andi tends to like to play with, and sometimes ended up pulling on, her hair, so Glimmer decided to save herself the pain and just had a lot of it cut off. And then she realized she liked the short hair, deciding to keep it even after Andi grew out of that phase.

Yet another work done by the amazingly talented @grinux. This time she drew Tabitha, or Tabby as she’s much more commonly called. Tabby is not only the oldest child of Scorpia, Perfuma, and Entrapta, but she’s also the oldest child of them all, being adopted shortly before Andromeda’s first birthday, when she (Tabby) was around eight years old. 

She’s not in line for any thrones, but she doesn’t mind, and is just happy to be part of the family. She also ends up babysitting a lot, what with her being the eldest of eight children, and spending a lot of time with the children in her mother’s kingdoms.

Once again, our good friend @grinux has done a wonderful job drawing the stars (no pun intended, I promise) of this blog. This time she drew the youngest of the Glimbow kids, their fraternal twins: the only boy out of the four kids, Percy (short for Perseus) and his sister Nova. 

They’re dressed all fancy for some sort of party, which is also why their outfits look so similar - normally they do wear different clothes, but matching outfits at parties have always been a thing for their family, and the fact that they already look so much alike means they really can’t resist wearing coordinated clothes during formal events.

Andi is a Father’s Day baby, being born just after Midnight on the Father’s Day of that year. Glimmer at one point mentions that it was a perfect birthday for her, since she was obviously a daddy’s girl even when she was still in the womb, with how she’d also kick and move around whenever she heard Bow’s voice specifically.

A note from one of the Mods ( @darkmasterofcupcakes ) : After a bit of discussion, we have decided to make a few minor changes to the “main” timeline of the events of this fanverse/blog. Most of the information that was previously posted will still be accurate. Really, the main change that we’ve decided to make is that, rather than being born on Horde Prime’s ship, Andromeda is actually going to be born roughly a month after the events of the finale. Other than slightly changing a few of the age differences among the next gen characters, this again will not really change most of the previously established information given in this blog (and anything that has been effected will eventually be updated with the new timeline in mind).

While Andi is the actual heir to Bright Moon, when Glimmer eventually steps down, Andi and Rina are basically co-rulers. Andromeda takes care of the political aspects of ruling, since Rina finds those parts boring, while her sister is the one who handles the more social parts of ruling a kingdom, like handling parties and balls.

A recently done profile pic commissioned from my always talented and amazing friend, @grinux. 

This time, she did Luna - Glimmer’s baby sister, which also makes her the aunt to all of Glimmer and Bow’s children born in this AU. As mentioned in the About Post, Angella comes back from the Portal at some point, specifically getting free right around Andromeda’s first birthday, and after some initial tension and confusion regarding her return, the former Queen of Bright Moon properly reunited with everyone, especially her husband. And Luna was born some time later.

Partially as a result of growing up with both her parents, as well as during a time of peace, Luna is much less....stubborn than her big sister, though she does have her moments, such as when she’s told Andi is in charge of her when the adults are gone, or when she decides she wants powers of her own after her nieces and nephew have them.

Mermista didn’t actually formally announce her first pregnancy to any of her friends. Instead, she just waited for them to find out on their own, thanks to seeing her with an unmistakable baby bump later on in the pregnancy. Sea Hawk was going crazy over the fact that he both wanted to respect her wishes, but also wanted to share their wonderful news with everyone, especially their friends.

Another profile picture down for me by @grinux , this time of Perfuma and Entrapta’s only biological child and son, Benjamin, or “Ben” as he likes to be called. This is before he accidentally dropped the wrench on his face, getting the scar he has in his reference pic from a while back. But, as you can tell from the oil stains on his clothes, it is after he discovered his love of mechanics.

A commission piece that @grinux did for me a while back, of Luna (L) and Andi (R) playing together when they’re young. The prompt for the commission had just been for the girls playing together with Bow’s battle figures - which at this point are basically just dolls, especially when these two get their hands on them - and she just added to the cuteness by including all the different stuffed animals. My favorites probably being either the little octopus with the torch, or the Melog plush behind Luna; gifts from Sea Hawk (and Mermista), and Catra and Adora, respectively. 

Besides just being adorable, I love this piece because it helps show the relationship that Andi and Luna have from a young age - they’re technically niece and aunt, but because of how close they are in age, they basically treat each other more like siblings than anything.
