garak would never judge julian for having an emotional support teddy bear because when garak was fifteen he had an emotional support pet lizard (which he named after his mum despite it being a boy lizard. still not over that) and talking to it like a crazy person was loadbearing to his sanity. I feel that maybe even more so than anyone else, he'd Get It. and I just think that's beautiful

Obsessed with how Julian just… breaks into the Enterprise to use their medical equipment. Like, does he do that often? Every time a Starfleet ship docks at DS9, Dr Bashir, the station’s chief medical officer, goes scuttling on board clutching a dozen experiments the DS9 equipment isn’t advanced enough to let him run? How many people have run into him just using their labs unannounced? WAIT. How many times have ships had to turn around and re-dock because he got so absorbed that he failed to notice they were leaving? How far has Julian gotten from DS9 before he had to sheepishly find the captain of whatever ship he’s accidentally stowed away on and ask to be sent back to the station?
