Wrong place, wrong time.

Chapter 1 of wrong place, wrong time! 

Synopsis: You’re in a happy relationship with Ha Yoonbin, but when you get to know your best friend’s boyfriend Bang Yedam, things begin to crumble.

There will be Angst (a whole lot of it), fluff and comedy.

Pairing: Bang Yedam x reader x Ha Yoonbin

Featuring Park Jeongwoo as your brother, Kim Junkyu as your YG-bestie and all of Team A and maybe other treasures.

Please read the prologue this is only a snippet: You guys waited for about 10 more minutes until your bestie Hyejin and Yedam arrive. Hyejin calls out to you which makes you both turn around to face them. You smile and wave at Hyejin, then turn to look at Yedam. When your eyes meet, both of you stare at one another not being able to look away. You stopped breathing for a second… and so did he.

Chapter 1: 

To be honest, you were really excited to meet Yedam, since you yourself dreamed of becoming a YG trainee and getting to know someone who’s been in the company for so long would surely be interesting. But you didn’t expect to be so entranced by just seeing him for the first time. You haven’t felt anything like that before when meeting someone new, but it was different with Yedam.

„Earth to y/n?“ Hyejin says waving her hand in front of your face, making you come to your senses. You shake your head quickly, feeling really embarrassed since you literally just stood there and stared at her boyfriend.

„Ah hey… sorry Hyejin! I wasn’t paying attention, probably because of how hungry I am.“ You say chuckling as you grab Yoonbin’s hand and smile softly. He just made his infamous ’what the heck was that?- face’ to which you just quickly shake your head. „We should go sit down…“ you say leading the way to the table.

Yedam was looking at your back as he walked to the table with Hyejin, wondering what this feeling was when your eyes met. He couldn’t describe what he exactly felt nor could he explain why he felt like that, but one thing was very clear to him, he had to shrug it off or else it would be really awkward between him and you and he didn’t want that, since you were his girlfriend’s best friend.

„So we all finally got to meet up!“ Hyejin says excitedly as the four of you sat down. You smile at her and nod.

„Well it was about time! I’m y/n and I’ve been friends with this unbelievable girl since 1st grade! Nice to meet you.“ You say grinning at Yedam in front of you. You nudge Yoonbin’s arm to signalize that he should introduce himself, so Yedam wouldn’t feel uncomfortable.

„I’m the boyfriend of this weird girl, Ha Yoonbin. Nice to meet you.“ Yoonbin says pointing at you. You just chuckle at his usual behavior.  

„I’m Bang Yedam, nice to meet you two.“ Yedam says smiling widely, which makes you feel more at ease.

The four of you talk for about 2 hours until you finally feel comfortable enough to ask Yedam about his trainee life. You ask him how he manages to train with all his school work, since you were the same age, you knew how much studying he actually had to do.

„It’s hard to be honest.“ he sighs „I go to YG after school and practice, then do my homework, eat there and head home.“ His shoulders drop slightly, as if he remembered how much he still had to do.

„I really respect you for that though. You work towards your dream and I’m 100% certain that your hard work will pay off.“ You say smiling at him softly, giving him a thumbs up.

You felt bad for the boy, since you knew that you will have to go through all of this too, if you get accepted into YG.

Yes, you had auditioned and you now were waiting for their reply. Yoonbin holds your hand underneath the table, knowing this was an important topic to you.

„Thank you…“ Yedam says feeling oddly reassured at your statement.

„You know, y/n actually auditioned for YG lately is now waiting for the reply.“ Hyejin tells Yedam. „Really, y/n? That’s why you’ve been so interested in this topic!“ Yedam chuckles. You only nod and smile lightly. „Well, I hope you make it!“ He says genuinely.

After spending the whole evening together, you and Yoonbin say your goodbyes to Hyejin and Yedam and walk home together.

„He seems to be nice.“ Yoonbin says and you only hum to respond, thinking about how nice he actually was, if everyone in YG was like that, you thought, you’d love it even more to get accepted.

„Can I ask you something?“ Yoonbin turns serious. You had expected this to happen, since he’s been oddly quite the whole evening. „Of course…“ you respond.

„What was up with you and Yedam, when you first met…? You both just stood there and stared at each other…“ Yoonbin asks, feeling uneasy about all this. Yes, you were a friendly and outgoing person and you’d get close to people really quickly but you acted so differently around Yedam, which had kind of hurt Yoonbin or rather made him feel insecure.

„I knew you were going to ask that…“ You say softly. You couldn’t tell Yoonbin that Yedam had made you feel some type of way because for once it didn’t matter because you were going to forget about this and it would also only cause an unnecessary argument between the two of you.

„It’s because I thought that he seemed really familiar. I was thinking so hard about where I had seen him before.“ You chuckle telling him a lie, which made you feel really bad. „You know me..when I think about something or try to remember something really hard, I tend to forget my surroundings.“ You chuckle squeezing Yoonbin’s hand a little to make him feel reassured.

„Oh, I see. Well, that’s so typical for you, y/n!“ Yoonbin replies feeling at ease now, since he believed what you were telling him or he rather wanted to believe it.

Yoonbin walks you home and gives you a quick peck as you enter your house.

„Y/N, I’ve got something for you.“ Your mom says, handing you a piece of paper. She grins cheekily making you feel suspicious. You open the paper and read it carefully…You start screaming out of nowhere, making your little brother Jeongwoo run out of his room with a baseball bat in his hand.

„WHAT’S GOING ON NOONA??“ Jeongwoo says wielding the bat.

„I-I got accepted… I’M A YG TRAINEE!“ You scream running towards the 14-year old boy to hug him.

„OMG REALLY?! CONGRATULATIONS NOONA!“ Jeongwoo screams. „We can go there together from now on.“ The little boy chuckles after you release him from the hug.

Yes, Jeongwoo has been training at YG for about a year now, since he’s still really young, you and your parents told him to just go for it. You on the other hand were a scaredy-cat and had to think about auditioning way longer than Jeongwoo, making him a trainee before you, though you were older.

But now you were going to be a trainee yourself and make your dream of being a singer come true.

(Your mother and father sit at the table, observing you and your brother. „I told you it was a fun idea to print the e-mail they sent her.“ Your mother tells your father laughing at your reaction.)

A/N: Yes that’s it for the first chapter…well I don’t know this is literally the first time I’m writing something like this so please have mercy on me <3 It’s also not proof-read and english isn’t my first language so sorry, if there are a lot of mistakes.

As you ditch all your friends, you decide to befriend the mysterious boy and his defensive group of friends. Once things begin to spiral out of control and the boy starts pushing you away, you’re left with the decision to either hold onto your friendship or let things go.

I don’t know how I ended up in a jail cell with a random, emo boy I didn’t know, but here I was, spending my Saturday night behind bars instead of prom like the normal kids at my school 

I took a peek at the boy sitting across the cell from me who looked about as dead as I did. He had pitch black hair with intense eyes and a blank face. Like he was a piece of stone or something. I couldn’t help but think he was a teeny bit attractive though. Just a teeny bit. Maybe if he smiled I could get a better understanding of his face.

But I couldn’t blame the boy for not smiling. We were stuck in a jail cell, unknowing of when we were gonna get out.

“So… how did you end up in the slammer?” I asked, trying to strike up a conversation. The boy didn’t look at me which somewhat irritated me. It’s not like I put him in here.

He didn’t respond after a few minutes. 

“Well, maybe I should go first then. So I’m a senior in high school and it’s also my prom tonight. I–”

“When did I ever give you the idea that I wanted to sit and have a conversation with you?” The boy suddenly snapped. I felt anxiety zip through me as I realized that I didn’t know this boy; he could have committed a worse crime than me. But, I couldn’t show fear– that’s something my dad told me if I was ever in prison. This is my time to shine.
