I know it's not really fair to blame someone for giving you a cold but the colleague who gave me this one made a big fuss about feeling like shit on Friday, blamed another colleague for making her ill (who'd been ill for a different reason), then played a burning martyr until she got sent home (but I still caught it anyway). Now I've missed two days of work and my job isn't even vital so I hope no one else more important caught it. Presenteeism is so stupid.

I hate retellings that are advertised as feminist but instead are just the same plot from the female character's pov and her pov is that all the women in her life are inexplicably terrible and shallow and she hates them all

it is genuinely bewildering to me that adult human beings do not know this but if you are mean to people they will not like you. like tbh they are probably also not going to like you if you are mean to other people but they are definitely not going to like you if you are mean to them. it doesn’t matter if you are funny or if you can use r/aita rules to prove that you are in the right. people simply so not enjoy being treated like shit.
