I've been eating more cals and protein lately and working out everyday and I'm seeing results quicker than when I was just in a really big deficit!
I used to eat 100-400 a day and am now having around 1000 which is scary but my new routine or whatever is working way better :) also since I'm working out more I'm still burning a lot of what I eat!
Also I have had a lot more energy which is making me want to workout and walk more
My stomach looks way flatter also
