Telekinesis. That way I don't have to get up from the couch to get the tv remote.

Hi! I hope you’re doing well. I noticed you didn’t update “Forming Protostars” on the 21st this month so I wanted to check in and see how you’re doing. If you’re not ready to update then that’s totally ok! Meanwhile I’ll just share a crack theory. Hunk’s turtle hatches and everyone fights over what the name should be. Meanwhile Keith thinks that the turtle will tell everyone its name when it’s ready😋. I should make this a monthly tradition. Take care love!

I got a little bit sidetracked from writing this month, and the chapter isn't finished yet. When I was writing Gathering Nebulas, I actually had about a 6 chapter head start, but now I'm writing as I update. I didn't make the deadline this time due to other things that I had to do. I'm working on it now!

Confession of a most-likely unpopular opinion: I love when people have Lance and Keith call each other nicknames, but I really hate “Keithy” and “Lancey”. Like, unless I already love your story before I see them, they pulls me right out and makes me want to rage quit. Why? I don’t know, but it does.

I also hate “dear” and “darling”, but that’s mostly because I’ve only ever heard those said condescendingly in my life.

This is not a judgment of others, if you like them you do you, I just can’t stand them and will never use them myself.

#early morning rant time apparently #I saw a fic with these there that was really good so I can skip over it #but then I almost immediately saw another one that wasn't so good and rage quit #I was looking at old fics so the odds of this happening are kind of amusing though

Whether Lance holds his bayard with his left or right hand never really seems to be important. Sometimes he holds it in his left, other times in his right.

And I know that this is probably because they didn't care too much about consistency, BUT that doesn't change the fact that this is canon now. Canonically? Lance is ambidextrous. And it's probably more of a natural thing rather than something he taught himself to do, since in general, he doesn't favour his right over his left or vice versa.

Basically you can pry ambidextrous Lance from my cold dead hands.

Keith, on the other hand (heh), tends to favour his right hand a little more - in battle, we're more likely to see him using his right hand, though he does use his left hand a good portion of the time.

Conclusion: Keith is naturally right handed, but he taught himself to fight with both hands.

#This actually does make sense #I can legit picture Keith just like...glaring at his left arm #a perfectly good limb that doesn't work as well? No #we're not doing that #it's GOING to be just as functional whether it likes it or not #and he later on notices that Lance uses both #and is just like ANOTHER COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL PERSON #adds to the attraction
