ive...
been doing my journal still everyday but havent been posting it. randomly decided to go on medifast (i know i dont need it) but there was leftover packets for 4 days worth that my dad didnt use so im just using it to kind of detox and maybe lose a few inches if not tighten up. todays my 2nd day, yesterday was long and hard but since i got through the first day, my 2nd isnt so bad...just today and 2 more days then i can finally incorporate fruits! i miss my fruits :'(

CHEAT DAY.
i decided to eat kind of what i wanted since my cravings kicked in today.
11am: robeks green tea smoothie (200)
12pm: chipotle bowl (brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, black beans, dressing, and corn) (around 800)
3pm: 2 servings of chester hot fries (i fucking love emmm) (300)
4pm: ran 2 miles
7:30pm: shift meal (original and pom. flavor with strawberries, caramel, and granola) (200)
So that totals my total caloric intake to about 1500, i know its not too bad but i feel kinda guilty..im glad i was able to at least fit in running before work :)

11am: ran 1.4 miles, 150 crunches, 50 bicycle crunches, 50 LV, 50 squats, 20 pushups
12pm: tuna (150) with 2 peaches (140) and a clementine (35) and a banana 100)
1pm: shift meal (green tea flavor with strawberries, blueberries, almonds, and granola (200)
4pm: samples (150) and a chewy smores bar (90)
8:30pm: ran 1.4 miles, 300 crunches, 100 bicycle crunches, 25 LV, 20 pushups, 50 squats
