Time to add the 5th option which will actually happen: the house will be sold, Lando will just be moving to Monaco and Max will find a place of his own. Whether or not Lando will be living there when he is at the factory, we will never know I reckon

With the whole announcement of Lando moving to Monaco, it left me thinking about a couple of things in regard to his current living situation. He is obviously living with Max F at the moment and it just made me wonder about what is going to happen to them living together.

They are obviously not entitled to stay together however I feel like especially for Max, it has helped with his mental health and I find it a little bit strange that they would stop living together? Especially considering they set up that whole streaming room with the knowledge that Lando is moving to Monaco (because this is not just a quick decision, this was decided months ago for sure). There must be a whole thought chain behind this and I just felt like writing my thoughts down as it has been on my mind all through this morning.

There’s a few likely options that could happen. As far as I am concerned, Lando will still be in the UK a lot considering the fact that the MTC is based there which means he must be there for simulator reasons and such. This means that he needs a place to stay so in retrospect, him keeping his UK home would make sense. However, it would not make much sense to have this big of house next to a home in Monaco because of taxes (which he has said is one of the main reasons why he is moving to Monaco). It would probably be even more expensive to have a house in both the UK and Monaco, which would then lead to confusion about the reason why he is moving in the first place. So here’s what I am thinking:

1. Max will stay in the UK home and they will be living together when Lando is in the UK for factory visits. This would mean that they’d probably be sharing rent but it would definitely make sense in alliance with the streaming room they have set up for the both of them. It would not make any sense to me that they set that up for such a short amount of time. Why would they have even bothered? Because Max could have then just stayed in Lando’s streaming room instead. So perhaps they’ll be living together when Lando is in the UK and they will be living apart if Lando is in Monaco.

2. In addition to keeping the UK home for having to stay close to the factory, I would not be surprised if Max were to live in both places too. However, due to privacy reasons, I do not think we'll know this for sure and only time will tell. Considering both have stated that they like/love living together and given the fact that Max has said that living together has helped with his mental health, I highly doubt they'll be living apart all of the time now. However time will tell.

3. If they do stop living together completely, it might be a possibility for Max to move back in with his parents I reckon. Although, as I have said before, why would they have set up that streaming room together if Max would move back in with his parents. But moving back with his parents is always a possibility.

4. The last option that I have in mind would be that the UK home will be sold but that they will both start living Monaco. Now this is highly unlikely but definitely possible. Not too sure tho, as I can imagine that rent is rather high in Monaco.... and considering they are just friends and not a couple (because I do not want to assume anything else due to privacy reasons) I do not think that that would work out with rent. Twitch and Quadrant seems to be Max his only income and I am not sure that that could be enough financial support to actually pay rent. So this is the most unlikely option of them all.

I really do hope we'll still see them together a lot as I love the duo. Perhaps we will just watch and see what happens. I just hope that whatever they'll be doing, that they'll be happy. I wish both of them nothing but the best however I felt like sharing my thoughts on the whole moving to Monaco matter. Whatever their decision may be, I am sure it will the best for both. Or at least I hope so!

I am happy for Lando and I'm excited to see what the future will hold for him! Just wanted to clarify that as well.

I really need to get this off my chest right now so here it goes. I know that maybe I should not be so sad about Max and Lando moving but there is a reason behind it. Just like others have mentioned, the streams brought me a lot of comfort in a difficult time. Back in July when they first streamed together from that house, it came at the right time for me as I had been going through a hard time. And ever since then, their streams together or separately became my comfort and I find it hard to see that fall apart now. I know it is part of life and whatever the future will bring for the both of them, I am sure it will be good! However, I am going to miss the comfort from the streams and I know I am not the only one. I am incredibly thankful for their streams and their engagement with the audience. I wish both of them nothing but the best :)
