I’m sure the scouts in your life haven’t let you forget, but just in case you’ve been busy with the berry harvest this week please remember that this Saturday and Sunday is the Valley Scouts Bake Sale. We ask that parents only take a helping role in the baking of sweet treats and allow your Valley Scouts to take the lead! All scouts who participate this weekend will receive their ‘Bakers Dozen’ badge. There will be savory foods, small crafts, and a rotating cast of live musicians throughout the weekend too. We look forward to seeing you there!

Disaster Strikes the Marshmallow Mouse Family!

The Marshmallow Mouse family daughter, Katherine, overcharged the new in town, Red Panda Family daughter, Frances Robinson for strawberries today! By over 50 cents! We have not been able to reach the Robinson family for comment but the Marshmallow Mouse family mother, Mrs.Bianca, expresses her condolences over a game of chess with our star reporter. “It was an honest mistake, we have no ill will towards the Robinsons. I’ve sent Christopher over with the correct change and some pastries as an apology.” You’ve heard it here folks, maybe we should get Katherine an abacus for Christmas!
