i've for the most part moved away from doing fandom-specific things on this blog on account of my interests varying as often as the wind changes directions and also because i don't wanna alienate those who don't know a particular fandom (hurt/comfort is a cross-fandom experience after all) but one of my longest hyperfixations is in full swing and i just gotta say somewhere on here that at least 68% of my whump fascination has got to come from pokemon

#MAN i was always so invested in the episodes where the pokemon were inflicted with a status #and everyone rushed to find a way to cure them #and episodes where HUMANS were inflicted with status conditions??? YES PLEASE #i was always bummed that more episodes didn't have this as a plot point as often as possible #the movie about victini and arceus and to an extent keldeo were my favorites and i never understood why other ppl didn't like them as much #*gestures at this blog* now i know #+ the meloetta arc in the gen 5 anime has always been another favorite of mine to rewatch #i actually went and rewatched the old episode where ash is kidnapped by an aerodactyl cause i was thinking about this LMAO #before whump was here #~my stuff~
