In his youth, Tony was a known party animal and quite a gambler; the first place his friends would look for him should he be missing was in the nearest Casino. And in his youth trough drunken bravery or lost bets Tony had required four tattoos. They are small, in inconspicuous places, and only those who get really close to him actually get a glimpse of all of them. It’s not that he’s ashamed of them; quite the opposite, he loves them all and is actually quite proud, but back in the day the tattoos were not as accepted, especially when running such a massive company. A twenty-something year old kid can’t even take care of his body, how is he gonna look over his father’s company? No, it was better to keep a clean-cut image to himself and have those secrets hidden away from the cold flashes of the cameras.

Those who get close to Tony will eventually find out about his tattoos.

𝑀𝑜𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓇'𝓈 𝒾𝓃𝒾𝓉𝒾𝒶𝓁𝓈 —— ɪɴɴᴇʀ ʟᴇꜰᴛ ʙɪᴄᴇᴘ ;;

The first tattoo Tony ever got, shortly after his parents’ death. On a night fueled by alcohol, anger, helplessness and maybe even hysteria, he had dug through every letter he has ever received from his mother, every note tucked away in the deepest corners of every single drawer in the house until he was able to find her initials.Tony had at first wanted to tattoo her last words said to him, but he knew that in time her voice will become distorted, dulled away by time, so he wanted one thing on his body that could never change; her handwriting. Although the placement of the tattoo is out of his clear view, just knowing that it’s there helps him remain grounded, helps him process the never ending grief better because a part of her is with him in every step of his way.

Another night of completely wasted stature, but this one is a fun to remember. For the entirety of it he spent listening to AC/DC’s songs and back then and there he had claimed to never love another band as much again. He was young,he was naive, he ended up getting a tattoo on his inner thigh, very near his privates. It’s ironic in a way, because after some time it started symbolizing not a love for a band but his profession, the mechanic, the inventor of clean energy, the guy who built a suit capable of taking a full strike of lightning and only power up more. Electricity literally kept him alive for so many years. The tattoo has a lot of meaning to him, but he never fully tells anyone that; choosing either one part of the tale to tell or the other.

𝑅𝒶𝓃𝒹𝑜𝓂 𝒥𝒶𝓅𝒶𝓃𝑒𝓈𝑒 𝓈𝓎𝓂𝒷𝑜𝓁 —— ʙᴜᴛᴛ ᴄʜᴇᴇᴋ ;;

Tony’s gambling addiction was at its worst peak in his late twenties. One night he took on a bet that he could win a hundred grand in Black Jack in a span of two hours. Seemed easy enough, until he was caught counting the cards —— all of his won money was taken away, he was banned from the casino and lost the bet. The bet was that he would have to get a random Japanese symbol tattooed on his butt if he lost. So he let his friend choose any symbol he liked and he picked は. To this day Tony has no clue what it means and if it means anything, although some people told him that it’s pronounced as ‘ha’. He doesn’t know if there’s much truth to that and he doesn’t care to find out. It’s the one mystery he likes having unsolved.

𝒜𝓂𝑒𝓇𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓃 𝒻𝓁𝒶𝑔 - ʙᴇᴛᴡᴇᴇɴ ꜱʜᴏᴜʟᴅᴇʀ ʙʟᴀᴅᴇꜱ ;;

This is the only tattoo Tony had made while being completely sober. It was done the same day he had become the CEO of Stark Industries, a symbol to the strength of the love the Starks’ had for USA. He was supposed to be a perfect patriot, just like his father, wasn’t he? And he is, he does love USA and all of its glory. As time goes by, as he grows older, the tattoo and its colors fade. It gets easier to notice one little detail that is different from your typical American flag; instead of red white and blue the colors actually are red white and green. The colors of an Italian flag. This was his one last rebellion against his father, against the box he was left to fill. But more than that it reflects his pride of having Italian blood in him, of being able to love two countries just as much.

who hogs the duvet: Stephen

who texts/rings to check how their day is going: Tony, because Stephen checks up on him with portals and magic and usually scares the living daylights out of Tony.

who’s the most creative when it comes to gifts: Stephen. Why? Well that’s because Tony usually forgets the dates of anniversaries and birthdays gdi tony so he just takes Stephen out to dinner or to spend a night in hotel.

who gets up first in the morning: Tony sleeps very little, so Tony, I guess?

who suggests new things in bed: both, but Tony encourages Stephen to be the brain behind the banging, because he’s into some kinky magic stuff.

who cries at movies: neither.... want to admit that they do, but fuck yeah both of them cry at movies.

who gives unprompted massages: Tony most of the time. Half of those lead to more fun.

who fusses over the other when they’re sick: Stephen. Tony does not know how to take care of a sick person, he’s a disaster at that.
