Is is ethical to block accounts, not based on what they post, but on the posts they like?

Obviously this is based on VM content so like.. if you see someone has liked/rb something stating one opinion, then also something the complete opposite that is in conflict to your own ethics.. not something that is in disagreement to you own opinions, but something that is inherently the opposite of the way you feel and believe and don’t feel comfortable interacting in the same space (fandom) with..

#me when my doctor asks how my depression is going: #‘yeh great just as long as I don’t accidentally wander into any trashy VM blogs #I’m not beat in round he bush here we all know I’m talking bout the trash wing of the fandom #I just do not feel comfortable letting people follow me who also interact with the trash wing #sorry no I don’t want people who think badly of them enjoying my content #sorry if that’s harsh #but also I don’t want to hedge too quickly bc often people discover VM and can’t differentiate the nasty from the appreciative.. #get blasted with the wrong narrative and I don’t want to alienate them when they come to their senses.. #again.. sorry if that’s harsh but I have no time for bullies and shot stirrers #I’m fine with disagreeing with people but on tangleble things like skating/judging/costumes #not on attacking peoples personalities and private lives that’s just a big ethical no go zone for me #sorry people we’re getting polictical on here tonight #venting
