being raised in a multilingual family he is fluent in turkish and albanian as well as english. his father owned a restaurant whilst his mother worked as a florist. his father worked relentlessly to be successful and always taught aydın that if he wanted to achieve anything in life he would need to work hard and remain dedicated, he also told him regularly that. ❝ it isn’t always about the money. ❞

🇱🇮🇹🇹🇱🇪 🇩🇮🇩 🇦🇾🇩🇮🇳 🇰🇳🇴🇼 🇹🇭🇦🇹 🇭🇮🇸 🇫🇦🇹🇭🇪🇷, who’s restaurants had grown in size and numbers, had a gambling addiction. he lost a lot of the families money and when things got so bad his father gambled away the restaurants as collateral whilst trying to gain back what he had already lost. aydin was fifteen when this happened and as a result his parents had to sell their family home to make ends meet and move to a rough side of town to a place that was much smaller and more affordable, although with now only one income where his mother wasn’t making much as a florist they struggled. aydın’s father then became dependent on alcohol, he’d lost everything except his family but he couldn’t see that and as time went on his father suffered from depression. his father kept getting worse until he was nothing but empty body, the father he knew and loved was gone. physically he was there, always sat in the same spot on the couch holding same bottle of liquor and the same vacant expression on his face. his father had long since given up until the day aydın turned eighteen. the day after his eighteenth birthday aydin found his father with a bullet through his skull, sat in the same place on the couch now covered in blood after he’d committed suicide. this was the darkest day of aydın’s life. but with his mother by his side he was resilient, choosing to remember the first part of his fathers lessons. ❝ work hard and remain dedicated ❞

🇦🇾🇩🇮🇳 🇼🇦🇸 🇱🇺🇨🇰🇾 🇪🇳🇴🇺🇬🇭 🇹🇴 🇴🇧🇹🇦🇮🇳 🇦 🇸🇵🇴🇷🇹🇸 🇸🇨🇭🇴🇱🇦🇷🇸🇭🇮🇵, which enabled him to pursue a double major in art and business. during this time he also worked part time at a small tattoo shop in queens whilst he was studying. after graduating he continued to work within the tattoo shop full time with the hopes of using his education to further his career within this industry. a few years later he went into business with a friend to open up their own studio, and after many years they’d built an incredible reputation and expanded to a larger location. aydın was dedicated to the success of 𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐢 𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐬 and as his work spoke for itself it drew in more and more custom from celebrities, the elite, socialites and of course the latinx mafia. his work is very expensive and there is an incredibly long waiting list, but it’s worth the wait. his business partner does not know however aydın uses kara kedi to launder money for the latinx mafia. the amount of money he moves for them earns himself a generous cut. at first he was doing this for the extra money to help support his mother and get her into a safer neighborhood and to have a better life. eventually he was able to support her early retirement and although he started off being careful he quickly ended up with more money than he really needed. from here he started to get indulge and splash out on the finer things in life. over time he became accustomed to the lifestyle money could buy and has become greedy. although his family mean everything to him he firmly believes his father was wrong. it is all about the money.
