Ana was born as the only girl, and the youngest child, in a family of three boys. While her brothers got to go out and be rambunctious , she was expected to stay home and learn how to be a proper lady. Not that she minded though, she didn’t always like spending time outside. The only thing she really loved, though her mom didn’t approve, was her video games. When it came to gaming she was so much better than her brothers and she quickly became obsessed.

She was 12 when she made her first game. It wasn’t anything crazy, but it was her creation and she was so proud of herself. When her mom found out she destroyed it, and told Ana to get her mind away from the videos games and into her real life. Since Ana had no choice, she left her little dream of game design behind.

TW. RAPE From then on she was the perfect southern girl, going to all the stupid classes her mom asked her to, and she even had a debutante ball. Unfortunately, that night became the worst of her life. She had asked a friend of hers to take her, since she needed to have a date, and her friend had happily agreed. She didn’t really get why, but she was glad that he’d made it easy. Until the actual night of the party, when she wasn’t looking her “friend” slipped something into her drink. The next day she woke up on the grass, her arms and legs were bruised and her dress had been nearly torn off. She stumbled her way back home where her parents lost it, saying it was her own fault for turning her back on her drink.

Ana was homeschooled from then on, and as her parents watched her start to fade from the happy girl she was before, they decided to help her. It started with counselling, and then they got her Clyde, her emotional support animal. After that, they decided to let her play her games once again, and slowly the bright happy girl returned.

She’s since blocked out the night of her debutante ball, deciding that the night never happened, and nobody would ever have to know. When she finished high school she applied to Monarch, and since it was such a great school, her parents were proud that she got in, allowing their youngest child to move away from home and start over. She was glad to be somewhere where not a soul knew who she was.

When she first arrived it was the summer before her freshman year, she had just started at the arcade and one of her friends had told her about a show and asked her to tag along. It wasn’t really her scene but she agreed, and there she met Roman. They connected immediately and were practically inseparable from then on, she was always by his side no matter what the activity. Though as time went on, Ana got tired of his inability to settle down, he was fun and he got her out of her skin, but she felt like he just wasn’t serious. She ended things shortly before school started, and now she just hopes not to see him again soon, because then she’d have to admit that she missed him.

During Christmas break, Ana went home and had a huge fight with her mom, this was when she decided to stop being taken advantage of. After a small makeover and a huge boost in confidence, Ana became Stassi, and now she’s determined to show everyone that she’s not just a quiet video game nerd.
