自民に衝撃 参院選1人区「13勝19敗」予想で“Ｗ選”案急浮上

日刊ゲンダイ https://www.nikkan-gendai.com/articles/view/news/247950 　政界に衝撃が走っている。今年最大の政治決戦である夏の参院選。自民が勝つか、野党が勝利するかを決するのは、３２ある「１人区」がどうなるのかだ。 　３年前の参院選は、統一候補を擁立した野党が健闘して１１議席を獲得。今回自民党は、２０１６年参院選で敗北した東北の秋田を除く５選挙区のほか、山梨、新潟、長野、三重、大分、沖縄を加えた１１選挙区を「激戦区」に指定している。 　最悪「１１敗」を覚悟しているということだ。ところが、最新の自民党の調査結果は「１１敗」どころか「１９敗」だったという。もともと、統一地方選と参院選が重なる「亥年選挙」は、自民党には不利とされるが、１人区で「１３勝１９敗」と大きく負け越したら、安倍政権は退陣に追い込まれる可能性が高い。 　ちょうど、１２年前も、当時２９あった「１人区」で６勝２３敗と惨敗し、安倍首相は２カ月後に退陣している。 　政治ジャーナリストの泉宏氏はこう言う。 「さすがに自民党は、１人区で１９敗はしないでしょう。党内を引き締めるために、意図的に情報を流したのではないか。ただ、野党が統一候補を擁立できれば、自民党が“激戦区”に指定している１１選挙区と滋賀を合わせた１２選挙区は、野党が勝利しておかしくない。野党の１２勝はリアリティーのある数字です」 　いずれにしろ、自民党が厳しい選挙戦を覚悟しているのは間違いない。アベノミクスの恩恵を感じていない地方では、安倍政権への不満が充満しているからだ。 　参院選苦戦の分析が強まり、再び「衆参ダブル選挙説」が浮上している。 「安倍首相がダブル選に踏み切るとしたら、参院選の大敗がハッキリした時です。どうせ参院選で敗北して責任を取らされて首相のイスを失うなら、イチかバチか、衆参同日選に持ち込もうと考えてもおかしくない。ダブル選挙は、自民党に有利とされますからね。今囁かれているのは、国会の会期を延長した上で衆院を解散する８月���ダブル選挙です。公明党も、春の統一地方選と近いのは困るが、８月ならＯＫだと了承したという真偽不明の情報も流れています」（政界関係者） 　野党は大急ぎで選挙協力を進めるべきだ。 日刊ゲンダイ https://www.nikkan-gendai.com/articles/view/news/247950
