Open To: F Plot: Enzo is a low level drug dealer who has spent the past two years in prison. Now he's just been released and is looking to win back his ex-girlfriend and convince her that he should be in their child's life.

Enzo knocked on the door of his ex-girlfriend's place, a bouquet of flowers in one hand. He'd just been released from prison a few weeks ago, and had been trying to work up the nerve for this day ever since. And while he knew his ex wasn't thrilled to let him back into her life, she'd agreed they could meet up. This way, she could see for herself he was trying to turn his life around. He knew their daughter wouldn't be there today, since his ex wanted to talk to him without the child around first, but Enzo looked forward to meeting her soon enough (and also guilty for missing her birth and the earliest years of her life). When the door swung open, he forced a smile onto his face, one he hoped hid the nerves he felt. "These are for you" he said, holding out the flowers for his ex to take.

Verrà inaugurata mercoledì 21 febbraio alle ore 17.00 presso il Museo d’Arte Contemporanea del Piccolo Formato di Guarcino (FR) -Via San Michele Arcangelo - l’esposizione “Continenti dell’altrove, Le Città di Calvino tra invenzione rappresentazione”, a cura di Francesca Tuscano. Organizzata in occasione del centenario dalla nascita del grande scrittore, la mostra “Continenti dell’altrove�� è dedicata al celebre romanzo Le Città invisibili, tra i testi letterari del secolo scorso maggiormente rappresentati e che in questa collettiva prende forma attraverso il linguaggio delle arti visive. Motivi ispiratori delle opere sono difatti le 55 città descritte da Calvino, ognuna delle quali è al centro di un’interpretazione al tempo stesso personale, perché data dalla specificità della ricerca dei singoli artisti, e contestuale, in quanto va ad estendersi e a comprendere i concetti stessi dell’abitare e del vivere collettivo. Già esposta a ottobre presso la Biblioteca Raffaello di Roma e a novembre nella sede del Dipartimento di Lettere e Filosofia dell’Università degli Studi di “Tor Vergata”, la mostra è stata promossa in collaborazione col Museo Civico d’Arte di Olevano Romano e con diverse gallerie, associazioni e spazi d’arte. In concomitanza con l’apertura dell’esposizione presso il MAC di Guarcino - visitabile fino a venerdì 22 marzo 2024 - sarà nuovamente allestita presso l’Aula Consiliare “Helga Rensing” del Comune di Olevano Romano - Via del Municipio, 1 - la sezione della mostra dedicata alle “città inventate” e più in generale a una rilettura del contesto urbano presso l’Aula Consiliare “Helga Rensing” di Olevano Romano, visibile da lunedì 26 febbraio fino a domenica 17 marzo 2024. La realizzazione del progetto ha visto la collaborazione di diverse istituzioni museali, di associazioni e spazi indipendenti attivi nella sperimentazione e nella promozione delle arti visive e del loro rapporto con la letteratura. Le urne rimarranno aperte fino alle 23 e riapriranno lunedì, dalle 7 alle 15. Gli elettori coinvolti complessivamente nei ballottaggi sono 1.340.688. Si voterà uno dei due candidati in 7 capoluoghi: Vicenza, Massa, Pisa, Siena, Terni, Ancona, Brindisi. Si vota anche per il primo turno in 128 Comuni siciliani, tra cui Trapani, Siracusa, Ragusa e Catania. Il ballottaggio è in programma domenica 11 e lunedì 12 giugno.
