“Sorry to ask you out here so suddenly, Makoto. I’m relieved you accepted my request without even knowing the location... i wanted to keep it vague to avoid too many questions.” Yusuke stood at the front entrance of a gallery somewhat out of the way from his school, and not exactly along Makoto’s commute either. The fact she met him at all was a miracle, but he couldn’t think of anyone else that would enjoy coming with him. After all, it’s been several weeks since he’s painted anything. He hoped a friend could help him find his inspiration to create again.

He’s already been to the beach, every art museum that he can reasonably travel to, has pillaged the most popular restaurants, and consumed so much coffee it must be criminal. And yet... he still feels unfulfilled, somehow, like he could be doing more as a friend in his hangout efforts.
