Oscar inhaled a sharp breath, letting it go as a soft sigh. He’d never cared much for the Seven Warlords of the Sea, how the World Government would overlook their crimes so long as the arrangement benefited them. Pirates shouldn’t be allowed free reign to do as they please just because their skills were useful, but that was only his opinion and there was no denying the fact that they were all very different from one another. Dracule Mihawk was no exception, and was unusual in that he seemed to prefer keeping to himself. He didn’t appear to have any grand ambitions or schemes, nor seemed the underhanded type to be running underground operations under the nose of the World Government. Hawk Eyes Mihawk had but one goal, and that was being the strongest swordsman in the world. ”Can’t say I know much about Hawk Eyes. Nobody does really, other than the fact that only a fool could think to beat him so easily in combat. Devil Fruit or not, I don’t exactly relish the idea of testing my claws against any sword of his...” Oscar glanced down at his gloved hands, wondering just how difficult a fight against the swordsman would be as an Ancient Zoan. Certainly too difficult, especially if there was any truth as to the rumours of the legendary black blades. He shrugged at the thought. Mihawk was certainly a powerful individual and had gained his reputation fairly, but it seemed unlikely they would have any reason to quarrel - as long as the World Government adhered to upholding their promises to the Shichibukai.
