Gender Neutral Pronouns in Other Languages?

I’m always studying languages and I’m always curious about where I (a non-binary person, they/them pronouns in English) fit in the scheme. Most of the time there isn’t a clear one and I default back to my designated birth gender (she/her) but it’s pretty grating. Any of my bilingual or multilingual friends aware of gender neutral or non-binary alternatives gaining traction in other languages? (For example, I read something about ‘ao’ as a suffix happening in Portuguese? Like instead of ‘obrigado/obrigada’ it’s ‘obrigadao’ for an nb person.) Or any recommended reading? Or better yet, language systems where this is already in place.
