I hate Dan let me explain
Tumblr media
Here I’ll start without the work violations. Dan only thinks about sleeping with Nick. He doesn’t care about Nick at all. The way nick got up to dance with him and Dan IMMEDIATELY STARED at nicks lips and went in for a kiss. FUCKING ICKY. No. No. Texting Nick ALL the time. Going to Nicks place of day work without announcement because why would Nicks dad be at the counter if Nick knew that was going to happen. Dan’s little speech about how kisses feel better when there are feels was hella manipulative. Here let me give you a situation.
You apologize for kissing your younger friend because they didn’t seem interested in more kisses or anything else after coming back from the restroom.
Your younger friend says it’s fine didn’t mean anything while looking really numb
Do you?
A. Ask them what’s going on? Maybe try to comfort them.
B. Make a manipulative statement to turn the convo to you and then fuck your younger friend on the table where you both work.
C. Tell your younger friend your feelings
Anyways kids I’ll say it until I’m blue in the face NICK IS AN INTERN YOU DONT WORK THE INTERNS LIKE THAT ITS WRONG IDK HOW DAN IS GETTING AWAY WITH THIS HE IS A SHIT BOSS AND I WOULD SUE THE SHIRT OFF OF DANS BACK. IT IS NOT SEXY FOR SOMEONE WITH POWER OVER YOU TO FUCK YOU ITS CALLED ABUSE OF POWER FOR A REASON.
My prediction is Dan is going to confront Boston. I don’t think Dan would be shitty to Nick but guilty my baby I think is going to be the move. But we know Boston. I doubt that will work. I would love to see Boston defend him and Nick.

X Corp., the parent company of the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, filed a lawsuit in San Francisco federal court Monday against a nonprofit organization that monitors hate speech and disinformation, following through on a threat that had made headlines hours earlier.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, accuses the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) of orchestrating a "scare campaign to drive away advertisers from the X platform" by publishing research reports claiming that the social media service failed to take action against hateful posts. The service is owned by the technology mogul Elon Musk.
In the filing, lawyers for X. Corp alleged that the CCDH carried out "a series of unlawful acts designed to improperly gain access to protected X Corp. data, needed by CCDH so that it could cherry-pick from the hundreds of millions of posts made each day on X and falsely claim it had statistical support showing the platform is overwhelmed with harmful content."
The complaint specifically accuses the nonprofit group of breach of contract, violating federal computer fraud law, intentional interference with contractual relations and inducing breach of contract. The company's lawyers made a demand for a jury trial.
The lawsuit was filed just hours after the CCDH revealed that Musk's lawyer, Alex Spiro, had sent the organization a letter on July 20 saying X Corp. was investigating whether the CCDH's "false and misleading claims about Twitter" were actionable under federal law.
In a statement to NBC News, CCDH founder and chief executive Imran Ahmed took direct aim at Musk, arguing that the Tesla and SpaceX tycoon's "latest legal threat is straight out of the authoritarian playbook — he is now showing he will stop at nothing to silence anyone who criticizes him for his own decisions and actions."
"The Center for Countering Digital Hate’s research shows that hate and disinformation is spreading like wildfire on the platform under Musk's ownership and this lawsuit is a direct attempt to silence those efforts," Ahmed added in part. "Musk is trying to 'shoot the messenger' who highlights the toxic content on his platform rather than deal with the toxic environment he's created.
"The CCDH's independent research won’t stop — Musk will not bully us into silence," Ahmed said in closing.
The research report that drew particular ire from X Corp. claimed that the platform had failed to take action against 99% of 100 posts flagged by CCDH staff members that included racist, homophobic and antisemitic content.
Musk has drawn fierce scrutiny since buying Twitter last year. Top hate speech watchdog groups and activists have blasted him for loosening restrictions on what can be posted on the platform, and business analysts have raised eyebrows at his seemingly erratic and impulsive decision-making.
The Center for Countering Digital Hate's research has been cited by NBC News, The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN and many other news outlets.
Musk, who has been criticized for posting conspiratorial or inflammatory content on his own account, has said he is acting in the interest of "free speech." He has said he wants to transform Twitter into a "digital town square."
Musk has also claimed that hate speech on the platform was shrinking. In a tweet on Nov. 23, Musk wrote that “hate speech impressions” were down by one-third and posted a graph — apparently drawn from internal data — showing a downward trend.

Hater Comments- Alex Bensky's Anti-Arab Racism
Every fandom has its share of racists, bigots, or prejudiced people. The irony is that sports are very diverse. When it comes to international competition athletes are from various nations and have different religious backgrounds. Alex Bensky appears to be vexed that Israel's racism was mentioned in a post about Dana Shemesh. She is Israel's first IFBB pro. That is a wonderful accomplishment, but you cannot ignore that the country has engaged in human rights abuse. Alex Bensky Anti-Arab racism went on full display.
“Only when Israel lets go of its ethno-religious racism and accepts the Palestinian people can the entire Middle East have peace.”
This is a gratuitous and as it happens untrue insertion in what should be a mini-biography of a sports figure. The racist charge is just silly, even absurd–half the Israeli Jewish population is descended from Jews who fled Arab lands after 1948 and are physically no different from Arabs.
And given the insistence of Palestinian Arabs, whose history as a distinct people dates back to the early 1960s, that in their future state no Jew will be allowed to live, it’s a little curious that somehow it’s Israel that is “ethno-religious” and the people who believe in ethnic cleansing (and in Hamas’ case genocide) label the other side in such terms.
As the Abraham Accords have shown, not only is the Israel-Palestinian Arab conflict not key to peace in the Middle East, but also that if Israel disappeared tomorrow there would be no shortage of continued Middle East conflict….look at Syria, for example. Other Arabs are finally getting tired of sheer rejectionism dating back nearly a century, never with even a counter offer.
Tell us about Dana Shemesh and put the political stuff elsewhere."
Nowhere did I accuse Dana of racism or hate of the Arab peoples. She did serve in the IDF, but she had no influence over government policy or the wars of aggression waged by her state. Alex here clearly distorts history and international affairs. Israel during the Six-Day War took the West Bank, Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights, and the Sinai peninsula. Sinai was only given back with the Camp David Accords. Israel refuses to go back to the 1967 borders. It invaded Lebanon in 1978 and 1982. It occupied the country between 1985 to 2000. When the state came into existence it forced Palestinians off their land creating a series of refugee camps in neighboring Arab states. The PLO became a resistance organization attempting to stop colonization. The Arab-Israeli War, the Six Day War, the Yom Kippur War, and the invasions of Lebanon were examples of the desire for Israeli expansion. Currently, there are plans to make more settlements in the West Bank. Bensky ignores this history and the plight of the Palestinians. He ignores the fact that Druze Arabs that live in the country face discrimination and that anti-black racism is also policy. The mistreatment of the Ethiopian and Eritrean population has been well documented. There were attempts to prevent Ethiopian Jews from getting citizenship.
Tumblr media
Another issues also emerges in this discussion. Treating Jews as a monolith is antisemitic. The notion that every single Jewish person hates Arabs is false. A portion of Israeli citizens have left the country to avoid military service. There are Jews who object to Zionism, because they do not believe it adheres to their religion. Peace activists and liberals want to see an end to violence. Realizing that Israel has become an ethno-religious racist apartheid state does not make a person anti-Jewish. Criticism of Israel is not antisemitic. To make such an assertion is an attempt to stifle free speech and dissent. Alex Bensky knows this. Mentioning Hamas is a deflection, because the group will never be able to defeat Israel. The fact is Israel has engaged in ethnic cleansing of certain areas to make way for farmers.
Tumblr media
This is why the boycott is a threat. The EU is a major market for the country. The Abraham Accords do not address the core issue. There is a country that wants to be an ethno-state in which Jews have more rights and privileges than everyone else. The exclusivity does not stop there. Ashkenazim Jews want to be the group with the most rights in Israel. There is a racial hierarchy being covered by religion. Bensky does not even mention that the United Nations played a role in the disorder in 1947. The Arabs in the region have a history dating back to the ancient world. Most Jews living there at present cannot trace their history back to 1200 B.C.E. I would rather celebrate Dana Shemesh, than celebrate her country.

The home secretary, Suella Braverman, who last week caused outrage by referring to asylum seekers entering the UK as an “invasion”, had been warned by government lawyers that inflammatory immigration rhetoric risked inspiring a far-right terror attack.
Braverman’s comments came just one day after a man with links to the far right threw firebombs at a Dover immigration centre. On Saturday, counter-terrorism police announced they had found evidence that the attack was motivated by an “extreme rightwing” terrorist ideology.
In October 2020, Braverman, then attorney general for England and Wales, was briefed in detail about how hate speech by senior politicians could lead to a terrorist risk. It followed an alleged terror plot against a law firm shortly after Priti Patel, then home secretary, had claimed that “activist lawyers” were frustrating the removal of failed asylum seekers.
After the alleged incident, senior legal figures contacted the attorney general’s office to make clear their concern that inflammatory political rhetoric inspired violence.
In late October 2020, Braverman met in person with government lawyers, the lord chancellor and lord chief justice to discuss the “worrying increase in use of ‘activist lawyers’ rhetoric” by the government, an internal Bar Council newsletter reveals.
At the time, Braverman was so concerned that she contacted Patel to ask her if she would consider toning down her language.
However, last week Braverman doubled down on her choice of language, also referring to “Albanian criminals” in parliament, prompting Edi Rama, the prime minister of the eastern European country, to accuse Braverman of using “purely xenophobic” words.
One prominent barrister with knowledge of the discussions during October 2020 said that Braverman was fully aware that her intervention last week in the immigration debate was incendiary.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, they said: “At the very least, it was reckless. At worst, she knows it’s likely to instigate attacks. It’s either reckless or it’s deliberate and she’s got no concern for the consequences.
“The home secretary’s job is to ensure public safety, not to generate serious risk of harm to individuals.”Another senior legal source, who also asked not to be named, said: “Braverman was told directly of the risks such language was having on members of the profession.”
It can now be revealed that the day after Braverman used the word “invasion”, prominent far-right figure Mark Collett – who has praised Adolf Hitler, been arrested for inciting racial hatred and has called refugees “cockroaches” – forwarded a message on Telegram from a fellow white supremacist that said: “What’s happening to our borders is an invasion and no amount of pearl clutching will change that.”
Collet, founder of far-right group Patriotic Alternative, stated in a Telegram post the day after firebombs were thrown at the Kent immigration centre: “This attack is the unfortunate result of living in a multicultural tyranny imposed by a globalist system that cares nothing for white people.”
The term “globalist” has fallen under recent scrutiny, featuring in a spike in social media attacks on Rishi Sunak that draw on antisemitic conspiracy theories, linking the former banker to the false notion of a globalist conspiracy. Several prominent figures on the rightwing news channel GB News, including Nigel Farage and Dan Wootton, also used the term after Grant Shapps, who is Jewish, briefly replaced Braverman as home secretary last month.
Far-right elements also attacked the immigration minister, Robert Jenrick, after he rejected the language used by Braverman, with one accusing him on the rightwing Traditional Britain Group Telegram channel of “treason” and referring to his Jewish faith alongside an image of Pepe the Frog, the cartoon character adopted by the alt-right.
On Friday, former skills minister Andrea Jenkyns provoked fresh dismay by referring to immigration lawyers as “anti-British”. In a letter to Braverman, Jenkyns wrote: “You were right to describe this as an invasion and many of my constituents thank you for your candour.”
A Home Office spokesperson said: “The home secretary’s first priority will always be to protect the security of the UK and the safety of its citizens.”

Statement of the UNESCO Director-General on International Day of Education 2024; January 24th.
Tumblr media
Hatred starts with words: words that discriminate, divide and dehumanize; words that undermine democracy, spread ignorance, instil fear, and can even precede the worst of crimes. When these words go unchecked – when gender-based, racist, antisemitic and xenophobic hate speech is allowed to proliferate – they pose an existential threat to human rights, democracy and peace. In recent years, hate speech and online falsehoods have gained ground with the expansion of social media. Last year, a study conducted in 16 countries reported that 67% of Internet users had encountered online hate speech. Some 85% of respondents expressed concern about the impact and influence of disinformation on their fellow citizens. However, we are not powerless in the face of disinformation and hate speech. We have education – to fight hatred at its roots, develop critical thinking, and build the defences of peace in the minds of women and men, in line with UNESCO’s Constitution. This year, the International Day of Education on 24 January is dedicated to the crucial role of teaching and learning in promoting lasting peace – and the ways in which education must adapt in order to address current global challenges. The UNESCO Recommendation on Education for Peace, Human Rights and Sustainable Development adopted by our 194 Member States in November 2023, is a major milestone in this regard. This global standard-setting instrument, the only one of its kind, is a roadmap for re-thinking and re-designing education systems to preparelearners to collectively shape more just, sustainable, healthy and peaceful futures for all. UNESCO looks forward to supporting education reforms based on this Recommendation across the world. In 2023, UNESCO also published the guide “Addressing hate speech through education” to help decision-makers strengthen their public policies in this area. In addition, we are stepping up our efforts to promote anti-racist guidelines and address racism in textbooks, as well as implementing a global initiative to combat antisemitism in and through education. To equip those on the front lines – teachers, educators and school leaders – UNESCO is offering an online masterclass on “Deconstructing Hate Speech”. After the English-language training held in October 2023 attended by over 700 teachers, French-speaking educators now have the opportunity to interact with experts on effective pedagogies to prevent and counter hate speech in and outside of the school environment and to promote more inclusive and tolerant societies.Because if hatred starts with words, peace starts with education. What we learn changes how we view the world and influences how we treat others. Education must therefore be at the heart of our efforts to achieve and maintain world peace. On this day, yourcommitment to defending the right to a quality education – one that recognizes the human rights of each and every individual – means committing to a peaceful future for all, where everyone is able to live a life of dignity, with mutual understanding and respect.
Mrs. Audrey Azoulay.

The White House condemned tech billionaire Elon Musk for boosting antisemitic posts on his social media platform, X, calling it an “unacceptable” act that endangers Jewish communities.
“We condemn this abhorrent promotion of Antisemitic and racist hate in the strongest terms, which runs against our core values as Americans,” White House spokesman Andrew Bates said in a statement.
The White House said Musk’s posts were especially harmful, given the spike in antisemitic incidents following Hamas’ Oct. 7 massacre of 1,200 Israelis and Israel’s ensuing invasion of the Gaza Strip.
Americans have “an obligation to speak out against anyone who attacks the dignity of their fellow Americans and compromises the safety of our communities,” Bates added.
The rebuke cames in response to a string of derogatory online comments by Musk, including one agreeing with a post that accused the Jewish community of pushing “dialectical hatred” of White people. “You have said the actual truth,” Musk replied to the user on the platform formerly known as Twitter.
Musk, the chief executive officer of Tesla Inc. and the world’s richest person with a net worth of around $218 billion, according to Bloomberg estimates, has repeatedly come under fire for promoting content attacking Jewish people at a time of rising antisemitism.
“It is unacceptable to repeat the hideous lie behind the most fatal act of Antisemitism in American history at any time, let alone one month after the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust,” Bates added.
On top of the reprimand from the White House, Musk drew backlash from the European Commission and International Business Machines Corp., which both announced they would no longer advertise on X. Musk, a self-described free speech advocate, also attacked the Anti-Defamation League, which has warned about an increase in extremist content and harassment since he acquired the platform.
Musk, who serves as X’s chairman, has accused the civil-rights group of being responsible for keeping ad sales down.
“I am deeply offended by ADL’s messaging and any other groups who push de facto anti-white racism or anti-Asian racism or racism of any kind,” he wrote.
The Biden administration earlier this year established a strategy to counter antisemitism in the US, as reports of hate-fueled attacks and harassment have increased over the past half decade.

Hate speech can cause immense harm to individuals and communities, and it can cause social unrest and even violence. It is important to take a stand against hate speech and promote a more respectful and tolerant society. Day for Countering Hate Speech The International Day for Countering Hate Speech was established by the United Nations General Assembly to promote a more peaceful and inclusive world. The day aims to raise awareness of the harm caused by hate speech and to encourage people to take action to counter it. Why is it Important? Hate speech can have devastating consequences. The Rise of Hate Speech in the Digital Age Social media has made it easier for hate speech to spread quickly and widely. People can anonymously spread hateful messages to a large audience without any repercussions. Social media platforms have taken steps to address this, but the problem persists. Examples in the Digital Age There are numerous examples of hate speech in the digital age, from online harassment and cyberbullying to racist and xenophobic comments on social media. The anonymity and distance provided by the internet can embolden individuals to say things they wouldn't otherwise, leading to a rise in hate speech. 3. The Impact on Society Hate speech can have a profound impact on individuals, leading to feelings of fear, anxiety, and self-doubt. It can also damage their physical and mental health and make it difficult for them to function in society. Societal Impacts of Hate Speech Beyond the individual impact, hate speech can also affect society as a whole. It can create a climate of fear and intolerance and lead to social isolation and marginalization of certain communities. It can also damage the social fabric of a community and lead to social unrest and violence. 4. Strategies for Countering Hate Speech One of the most effective ways to combat hate speech is through legal means. Many countries have laws against hate speech and other forms of discriminatory behavior, and individuals can take legal action against those who engage in such behavior. Counter-speech Strategies Another way to counter hate speech is through counter-speech. This means speaking out against hate speech and promoting a more positive and inclusive message. It can also mean amplifying marginalized voices and giving them a platform to express their views. Multilateral Strategies Finally, multilateral strategies can be effective in countering hate speech. This means working together with international organizations, governments, and civil society to promote tolerance and respect for diversity. It can also mean collaborating on policies and programs that promote inclusivity and combat discrimination. 5. Hate speech: Turning the tide
The devastating effect of hatred is sadly nothing new. However, its scale and impact are amplified today by new communication technologies, so much so that hate speech has become one of the most frequent methods for spreading divisive rhetoric and ideologies globally. If left unchecked, hate speech can even harm peace and development, as it lays the ground for conflicts, tensions, and wide-scale human rights violations.
The United Nations has a long history of mobilizing the world against hatred of all kinds to defend human rights and advance the rule of law. The impact of hate speech cuts across numerous UN focus areas, from protecting human rights and preventing atrocities to sustaining peace, achieving gender equality, and supporting children and youth.
In response to the alarming trends of growing xenophobia, racism and intolerance, violent misogyny, antisemitism, and anti-Muslim hatred around the world, UN Secretary-General António Guterres launched the United Nations Strategy and Plan of Action on Hate Speech on 18 June 2019.
