TW I am not ok. My consultant is considering changing the goal posts yet again. He wants to be "more ambitious" with me and push me to a healthier weight. I can't do this.

I feel like I have no control over my body again. Nothing about this is ok. I don't feel safe. I just want to leave.

I feel physically sick. Nausea churning in my stomach as the panic washes over me in waves. They say anxiety has a curve. It doesn't, at least not for me. I've literally made myself ill from all this anxiety.

The small plus from todays ward round is that I can have overnight leave next week Friday until the following Monday, I can merge my 2 walks into 1x 30 minute one so I can go into the nearby town for a much- needed pepsi max and have day leave this Saturday and afternoon leave on Sunday.

After the meeting, one of the HCAs expressed her own concerns about pushing me much more. The consultant agreed to take it into consideration but we'll see. They may want me to compromise but I'm just not willing to do that. I've pushed myself as far as I can tolerate. It's time for me to go.

02:07 — i've paused a movie to write this. you know, i think i've come to a revelation. smoked salmon. that is my revelation. i keep fantasizing about living alone and getting to choose every single meal i eat every single day. i'm fantasizing about opening my fridge every day and there being smoked salmon. my perfect fridge would have all the fruits and all the veggies and then smoked salmon. and in my cupboards, tuna. safe foods. so silly how i've become scared of my dad's pasta. i forgot where i was going with this. speaking of dad, i hope he gets lazy tomorrow and decides to get pizza or halal fried chicken sandwiches for dinner. then i can excuse myself and eat smoked salmon again. tomorrow i have to be at work but it won't be a full day. i'm thinking of paying a visit to the moma afterwards. i'd like to see my starry night again as well as rené magritte's lovers. i'll stop by dali's persistence of memory as well. i want to go to the bookstore too but i'm scared. tomorrow (technically today), is friday the 13th. maybe i really shouldn't go to the bookstore. on saturday, i'll be going to the met. it's cold. i wish my face would stop breaking out.

My case conference couldn't have gone much worse. They're considering pushing me to a healthy weight, despite me begging not to, despite me saying it would only make me so much worse. I have another case conference in 3 weeks and I'm dreading what they will have to say then.

I don't want to be forced to a healthy weight. I want to go at a BMI of 14 (like we agreed!!). I know it's low but it's what I can manage right now. I'm certainly not ruling out getting to a more stable place in time, but right now, it's not what I want or need.

I'm now on a pass where I'm staying in London. Tonight, I'm going out for dinner with my parents and then tomorrow I'm helping my best friend choose a wedding dress. I'm so unbelievably excited for her, but It's a sad reminder that I'm still single, jobless and can't even look after myself properly.

I perhaps stupidly said to my therapist I'd like to consider having children, but realistically, maybe that's not something for me. Maybe I could have a dog instead. Now, they're using it against me saying they want to give me the best chance at recovery. I don't want to recover. Not if it means my depression/ ptsd getting worse. No thank you! They keep saying I'm in a supportive environment but they don't understand how it makes me feel. I'm not sure I'd survive it.

I'm going to follow my meal plan and allow myself to gain a little more but in the next case conference I want a discharge date. I'm more than done with being in hospital. It's not helpful.
