Is Amasakahoko and Amenonuboko the same spear and is there anymore information describing the spear in TM? I also wanna know is there information that describes Izanagi in TM? Since his wife got described a little bit.

Yes, but not in this context. The Gudaguda series of FGO draws most of its characters from Koha-Ace, which started as a non-canon no-4th-wall parody manga to celebrate TM's 10th anniversary and gradually escalated into something else. This means that despite the serious evolution of Keikenchi's writing, his characters are still his own thing, and there are multiple statements both in-game and outside that the Gudaguda figures in FGO are not from Pan-Human History. This is especially relevant for Ryouma because his Ama-no-Sakahoko and the background attached to it are very different from Erice's version of the same Noble Phantasm.

If you're really after information on the Pan-Human spear, the place to look is Erice's profile and FGO's Requiem event. If this is about Ryouma, then there's his Lancer profile and the current NA event.

As for Izanagi, his Gudaguda version gets a talking part in the current NA event, but as for his Pan-Human, we get one mention in Musashi's materials saying that Izanagi is the king of Takejizaiten, the Sixth Pleasure Heaven, meaning we have a rough idea of what Izanagi looks like:
