No Face HOWLED: It's sinday so let me ask this! Are there any circumstances that Maveric would sleep with a woman?

As some of ya’ll know, Maveric is considered demiromantic and homosexual, meaning generally speaking he’ll only do the diddly do da with male presenting individuals, but not because he does not find feminine characteristics exciting or attractive, but because he is completely devoted to the Sea God of the Grand Line. He loved her, she had saved his life and kept him safe from all the beasts living on the prehistoric island, and he considers girls and all female presenting individuals ‘daughters of the sea’ - this also includes boats and sea faring vessels, as ships are often referred to with female pronouns, and he won’t stay on them for very long. The Ocean HATES devil fruit users, it rejects them completely, and he feels as though he betrayed her trust and her affection by eating one, even if it was an accident - because of this, he now has a ‘Cursed body’ and refuses to defile daughters of his Beloved God with his ill-fated dick. That being said, he has made exceptions in the past for very, very important individuals by using his mouth and hands, but if a girl were to be very, very insistent on a more thorough form of intimacy, even past his qualms and psychosis and personal doubts, if being with him meant that much to them, he may very well allow it.

No face HOWLED: You’ve mentioned that he really detests transforming, right? Under what circumstances could you get him to wolf out?

Push him past the point where he may not survive otherwise. Maveric’s distaste for wolves is almost petty now that he’s older, born of the trauma of being hunted and chased on the prehistoric island in his youth - fresh from hell, he was far more skittish(read as: violent) around canines. His fanatical love of the Sea God is the main interloper dissuading him from embracing the werewolf trope, as he believes he betrayed her by consuming a Devil Fruit, since the ocean cannot abide Nouryokusha and rejects them upon contact with her depths. As such, using those abilities for anything other than ensuring his own survival is generally frowned upon, besides the things he can’t quite turn off(Enhanced senses, bloodlust, ect.). When he was younger, it was much harder to control when and where he would be startled or angered into action, and thus it was much more commonplace to see a massive dire wolf warbling angrily at the rest of the children on Spider Miles.

TLDR; If you want to kill him badly enough, and are doing well in that endeavor, you may have to fisticuff with a twenty four foot tall furry covered in busoshoku haki, but he’ll probably say no if you ask him to put on the fursuit on the street.

No Face HOWLED: is he more of a giver or a receiver?

Giver, all intents and purposes, but not for a lack of interest in getting doted on, there’s just not too many individuals who see a three hundred pound six foot six hairy behemoth with a voice that could stop time and think ‘I want to see that guy on his back, crying’. His nerve damage also may discourage the would-be tops from exploration upon discovering it takes a decent amount of heat or pressure to get him worked up, and that his body isn’t as responsive as they’d hope. He’s handsy and aggressive anyway, so it doesn’t bother him in the least to pleasure himself by pushing his partner to the brink.

ITEM DROP CHALLENGE

if your character was an npc, what items would they drop when they flee combat/are killed?

repost, don’t reblog !

3-5 common items ( would drop every time )

01. Broken Sake bottle // It wasn’t a very expensive brand, the remnants of alcohol still drip from the shattered glass, implying it was recently being consumed. All in all, pretty useless.

02. Den Den Mushi // Currently confined within its flamboyantly pink shell, the snail phone is adorned with ridiculous shades and a feathery little coat, both sides branded with the symbol of the Donquixote pirates.

03. Offering to the Sea Gods // A plain old wooden barrel, filled with random items collected around the island, most are worthless, but there are a few things you could likely sell for a decent sum.

04. Handful of seashells // You can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia holding them, but other than that, there doesn’t seem to be a significant use for them. Turning one over, there seems to be a few strands of golden hair stuck inside, along with a scrawled, engraved name: (ZOEY.)

05. Iron charm Necklace // Not worth much due to the lack of precious metal, the charm is shaped like the Bloody Moon’s Sea King, and is rather worn. It must have taken quite a craftsman to make something so intricate yet so small.

1-2 rare item(s) ( maybe a 5-7% drop chance )

01. Sea King’s harness // The makeshift device used to secure both luggage and one’s rear end onto the huge Sea King ‘Yarou’, once the main vessel and companion of the notorious pirate. Perhaps now that you’ve killed his master, he would be willing to listen to you, instead?

02. Golden Gun of the Celestial Dragons // Pristine in make, beautifully crafted with the Unelanvhi family crest engraved into one side, this gun would be worth a fortune if it didn’t imply that you had either stolen from, or killed a Tenryuubito. You may want to leave it where it is, and not ask too many questions.

Did anyone want to know what Yarou looks like? no? well too fucking bad I drew this in twenty minutes and i hate it so everyone has to see too Yarou the Sea King is eighty four feet long, with another eighty feet of tail, all in all, not a very big guy in terms of species - Maveric can usually be seen riding on his fluffy dog head. - - Maveric, having mastered the art of Busoshoku Haki due to excessive circumstance, has the ability to coat the Sea King in the Colour of Armament, much like one would a weapon. The combined move is called ‘BLOODY PACT’ and Yarou hates it because it’s terrifying.

Mav’s preferred canon follows him being one of the brats that the Donquixote Pirates picked up on Spider Miles, but he would leave to become his own man and pirate about a week before the whole fiasco with Corazon. His devotion to the Sea God and her denizens was also absolute, which would likely cause him to have been overtly fascinated and fiercely protective of the little infant hybrid that their captain had scooped up at some point, even if by now he wouldn’t expect the little shit to remember him whatsoever. He adores fishmen and mermaids, believing them the closest children to the Ocean and Her most beloved sons and daughters.

A curious tilt of the head, and the ashen beast let loose a scoff, pitying the hound greatly for his folly. - - a great monster under the same name haunted the depths of the bay, awaiting the Bloody Moon’s return - it was… odd, to say the least, that this pup and the Sea King he had punched into submission sixteen years ago smelled exactly the same. Looked at him exactly the same - as though they knew each other, still, though the shepherd’s eyes, here, held loss, and every time, he had to look away. (Because it was the same as was in hers. He hadn’t made it, after all.)

“H’ah? He smells fine t’me, how do ye’ even tell when he’s dirty? Anywho, look at im’, the little idiot’s too yellow-bellied ta’ realize he’d be gettin’ a show if he managed ta’ get ye’ soaked, there’s no helpin’ him.”
