I used to jump up and down several steps at a time even as many as nine step holding onto the hand rails. After recovering from inflamed Bakers Cyst over 18 months of therapy I didn’t expect to injure myself so easily. The injury won’t stop me from trying. The irony of when it happened I was just returning from a double appointment treating left shoulder and left fragile heal plate that has made walking 🚶‍♀️ very uncomfortable over the past two months but I felt was on my way to these injuries being healed. So I feel quite a klutz doing this. For the past hour have been resting my knee wrapped in a towel of ice. Sadly adrenaline meant I could carry on walking 🚶‍♂️ without feeling the effects of the injury. It was only an hour later when the adrenaline had worn off my knee became very sore. I’m likely to have to rest up for the rest of the week. Only bothered if I’ve done more permanent damage because my whole leg is beginning to seize up.
