Sorry if this seems badly worded in advance. But in the hypothetical situation Rouge would have to wear clothes frequently associated with lighter colours, ex. a wedding dress, would she? Or would she opt for a darker coloured variant of the same thing?

I got to thinking about this, in part, based of off the post with Lime wearing a wedding dress., and how you thought she most likely wouldn't wear that sort of thing. Also because she is seen wearing darker tones, and it reminded me of the previous point.

Especially since, from what i've found, she only has ever been drawn in lighter tones by IZ twice. Here, and here. But in both cases it is only partially.

And when i partially, in case of the former, it should be pretty self-explanatory. But in case the latter, it would be because 1) it's part of a whole artwork, with Rouge only being a small part of, literally. And 2) in lieu of part 1, it feel cohesive to that particular art piece.

Then again, it would be hard to judge as a whole since she has so little artwork. Apologizes for my lengthy input, just thinking, i suppose.

So TLDR; would Rouge wear lighter coloured clothing if need be?

THIS ASK IS SO INTERESTING THANK YOU ANON.. im not too sure either because she doesnt have much artwork like you mentioned but i dont really think she would, she'd probably go for a darker version because that's what she typically wears and she doesn't seem like the type to go outside a certain style (like the other demons do), hers seems more fixed if that makes sense?? she has a color palette that she seems to want to stick to and pastels dont really seem to fit in there

the first example you gave (this one) has very little lighter colors (the gray-ish on her umm. uh. IDK HOW ELSE TO SAY THIS. HER BOOBS and maybe you could count the gold bow accents) and the darker colors are more prominent + this was in the photobooth so she didn't even pick this herself, so even though i think she likes it (? i can't remember the dialogue from the scene anymore </3 but it fits her so) i dont think shed opt for lighter colors normally because that shade of deep red and also black is really really prominent in her wardrobe

for this second one i think youre right! it was probably just to fit in with the art piece's color scheme and also the other demons because theyre wearing the same color.. also her normal color scheme (red + black) probably wouldve contrasted with everything and i think the human characters are meant to stand out rather than the demons so they all have the same color palette? maybe? but yeah this color doesnt really suit her and i would say she doesnt look very happy in this picture but she almost never does with the human characters besides noel so 😭

OVERALL.. i dont think she would, since she's a high-ranking demon and really powerful i dont know if theres ever a situation where she would HAVE to wear light colored clothes because nobody can force her and shed just be like oh do you dare to question my power or something.. i think in a situation where she would have to wear a wedding dress or something like that she would opt for one with darker colors like you said, shed probably wear a black wedding dress or just a really fancy red one 🙏 SNYWAYS THANK YOU ANON YOU TALK SO SCHOLARLY... anyway! i'm happy that i was able to help in some way eheh >:3 but yeah, assignments usually are the staple of college life but they aren't generally too bad? minus the 8-page research paper i have to write for my mass media survey class online and luckily i poked around for some sources beforehand i'm usually good about not procrastinating but sometimes i kind of just need to ease my head into the working mindset by texting on discord sjjfshhd but yea it can be painful 💀 (btw ur more than welcome to ask me more questions abt college if u want :>) and i wish u lots of luck too!

yk thats the thing with 'bedo, not a lot of people can catch his eye and i just so happen to get his attention. and according to him, he said that i "stood out in a way that added color to his world" EJFJRHJW. yk, i just let the charm come instinctively? i don't rlly have to do anything but i have been told by a lot of people that i'm cute/naturally pretty. but rlly i would just say be yourself c: as cheesy as it sounds but it works hehe. as for lyney, he does always makes some sort of magic trick out of it and frankly it always leaves me a puddle of melted goo on the floor because of how shy i am (tyty!! also yes im a sucker for softer-pitched voices)

CAMELLIA AHA I SEE U!! the camellia being a canon part of the clan crest's design makes me so <33 till this day. it's even in ayato's namecard uwaaaaa. ANYWAY i'd like to think that wanderer could be a florist in a modern au - “the sassy & grumpy shortie is the owner of a cozy flower shop?!” kinda thing PFFT. i think modern au's are pretty cute! it's fun to imagine and play around with realistic elements <3
