#ever since ive left school my control panic has dropped down #yes its only been 8 days #and yes 2 of those days were roughhh #but in general im doing a lot better #and havent once considered old habits for control #and havent felt bad for eating and not exercising #and have done some activity just for fun #and all this to say im not perfect but i think im getting a lil better again
