Edit: To add to this, I know it not store policy. It was just shitty employees being shitty. Every copy they had left was an opened copy of MGS5. One thing I should mention though is I'm lucky and I have naturally long lashes, so the effect was really dramatic on me. I didn't have to wear mascara for a full month.
