Hearing the other, Archer turned slightly to see the latest person with a calm expression. It was their first time meeting the writer but the archer lifted a hand to sign yes as well as nod their head before gesturing for her to take the empty space.

“….. oh. I see. I didn’t realize the manor had a new survivor- I have heard of one but you are definitely no cheerleader. At least by appearances sake. Has anyone told you it’s a bit rude to take someone whose concentrating by surprise? I could have messed my work up if you approach me from behind. It’s already happened before.”

[Mun: UHHH no- but it’s hard to describe. He’s like in a range between aroace and demiromantic. He doesn’t see the appeal of romance, at least participating in it- and he hasn’t fallen in love and it’s very hard for him to even understand if he does. Only people he’s ever liked were family members and a cat 🫶

If he does fall in love though, it would have to be someone he’s known for a long time, can trust, and feels comfortable being around. Hard factors to meet for the egg’s standards. It’ll also take a very long time- really slow burn type. Then there’s the process of him figuring out his emotions altogether, denying it, fighting it, ignoring it,,, etc.]

Poppy turned around and a bright smile drew all over their face when they saw a little girl behind them and couldn't help but clap their hands together out of excitement.

“new friend!! Poppy is so happy to meet you, Carolion~” Poppy said while crouching down to meet eye to eye with her “Poppy’s name is…well- POPPY!! And poppy would be so happy to become friends with you ^^!!”

Rushing out from her room, Caroline sprinted through the hallways carrying a pot of boiling who-knows-what (which looked like ut was about to explode) in both of her hands. As she darted her eyes around in a panic, she suddenly came across Brendan and without a second thought dumped the pot into his hands.

"MISTERPLEASEHOLDTHATFORAWHILEI'LLGOGETSOMEYHINGFROMMYROOMREALQUICK-"

Caroline then sprinted back into her room to go fetch something.

Beth was frosting some cookies when she saw Caroline rush over to her, and despite jumping slightly from how energetic she was, Beth still let out a soft smile before saying,

"A-Ah, it's nice to meet you, Caroline. My name is Beth. A-And as for raising cupcakes, I'm afraid I don't have any at the moment, but I can easily make you some if you'd l-like?"

The Haunted Halls of the Manor are decked to the nines as the younger residents find themselves doing some good old fashioned, Trick or Treating! Be prepared with some sweet treats, or perhaps a trick may come your way!

Happy Halloween Everyone! Posting this early as I have class/stuff planned on Halloween this year, but aaaaaa Halloween pieces are so fun! Although, I'm incredibly biased as it's my favorite holiday haha. Special thank you to the folks who volunteered their lads to me for doodling! Tumblr may have killed the quality a bit, but they each were really fun to draw/make outfits for.

If you plan on going out/trick or treating, be sure to stay safe (Wear glowing/reflective stuff for cars passing by to identify you, be in a group, ect.) and warm if it's cold where you live!

Hearing about what they had been experiencing that wasn't told to anyone, Archer visibly bristled up at first. Their complexion was paler than it was before as it seemed they were doing their best to not let their ailment be known. Eyes narrowed a bit without answering - at least not until they heard her mentioning her occupation. Hands tightened around their bow before they nodded their head a little.

"Yes... it's as you said," Archer grimaced with having to fight the pain out of their voice. "I would be thankful for your help," Archer said with respect.

Joseph arched an eyebrow. This child was a chatty one. And loud. She must be new to be so annoyingly chipper. Even Robbie wasn't this excited about playing game.

"If you wish to make friends, you would be better talking to the other survivors. They'll be the ones you work with." He turned back to his cup and took a drink. "I presume that is your role, at the least. You are as short as the others, after all."

Joseph headed for the dining room with his glass. Offhandedly, "I suppose you could say, I enjoy capturing others."
